Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

Ordered a one pizza and one drink and the order came to $26 And change and when the driver showed up all he had was the pizza I guess remembering the drink was to much trouble so gave the driver Louis $30 and he said he would go next door to the store and get the root beer I ordered with the pizza and 15 minutes later he calls and says he has to go all the way back to the store I ordered it from to get the drink and by this time the pizzas cold so I called the store and talked to someone I assumed was the manager and told him what happened and how I paid $30 for one 14 inch Philly Steak and Cheese pizza and one 20 oz Barqs root beer and the guy took like 5 minutes trying to figure out which order was mine and whether or not I'd ordered a drink and once he found out all he wanted to offer me was a 2 liter of root beer... I asked him what good would 2 liters do with a cold pizza I'd just paid $30 for??? He then asked me what I wanted because I guess it was to hard to figure out I liked a hot pizza to eat with the cold root beer I'd ordered so I had to literally ask him if I could get a hot pizza with the cold Barq's root beer and he goes "oh I guess I can do that for you and that was almost an hour ago...still waiting on a Barq's cold root beer and a hot pizza that I paid $30 for over an hour ago...can't say I'd recommend ordering from this store getting ready to call back and see when I'm going to get to eat the...

This pizza arrived with approximately one tablespoon of cheese sprinkled on the whole thing. I guess I should have paid for extra cheese. The same amount of sauce was on this bland dough. I ordered sausage and mushroom, a childhood taste my family would buy from a family owned pizzeria. The flavor of homemade sausage and fresh sauteed mushrooms was not in this pizza. Canned mushrooms. maybe five. The sausage was overly spicy but not savory. This pizza looked like a child's experiment.

I also ordered the salad which was adequate with a bag of dressing, bag of croutons, and sparse sprinkle of parmesan. The carton was barely half full. It is fine for a single portion, or perhaps serve the family a tiny fist full. Not even one tomato.

Ah but the brownie cookie combo creation is foolishly inspired. Or was I simply still hungry. It had the perfect chewy brownie and crisp cookie all in one. And 9 squares, was plenty to share. But it is hardly worth ordering takeout here for a batch of brownies. Go to a bakery. We had a taste for pizza, and were disappointed. Go anywhere else. Just avoid Dominos. Do not even give it a chance, pick any place because there is none worse, and any and all...

This will be my first time writing a review for a restaurant, and let me tell you. I need to be WOWED to do this. Alissa and Emma are my favorite employees when I come into this establishment. They are ike two peas in a pod. Alissa is always joking around singing or dancing but she makes damn good pizzas and and has a beautiful smile every time I come in. It is beautiful to see young people having fun, especially at work. She and Emma are very respectful, make sure I have everything I need even though its just pizza, they seem like they enjoyh being there. Let me tell you Emma might be small but she gets shit done! Excuse my language. But that little girl is QUICK on her feet. I think they switched their schedule up because I now see them opposite times but regardless, I love seeing them when picking up for my husband and children.
