Went in on Thursday, literally waited over 25 min for an order of fries. There was a customer that walked in about 10 ish minutes after us and ordered a full meal and was served way before us, who got fries, burger, &drink. When I went to complain the manager said he was an online order, which was false because I was sitting at the table closest to the register and heard him put in his order. Manager wasn’t having it at all, probably one of the worst fast food managers I delt with. He didn’t even bother to talk to me, instead he yelled across the kitchen to me saying nothing he can do about it but give us our money back. SERIOUSLY? OVER FRIES? Just put them in the bag & send us on our way! Didn’t compensate or empathize for us what so ever. Only reason why I’m giving 2 stars instead of just one is because the fries were good and the blonde girl working the register was super sweet and kind to us. Never coming here again. Just to show how irritated this manager got me, I have honestly NEVER wrote poor reviews before- only good ones. I get it, it’s stressful when busy, but If you can’t handle being a manager, you shouldn’t take the job.

One more thing I left out- there was a guy working who had long hair to his shoulders that didn’t have a hairnet on, only a hat. That to me is sick because hair does fall out & can potentially land on the food. He was the only one without a hairnet. And the manager should’ve been on top of...

A disjointed operation based on what I experienced. I placed an online order and still had to wait 20+ minutes inside the restaurant - all because they apparently needed several reminders to get started on cajun fries even though the burgers in my order were ready.

Reminder 1: When I first arrived, their manager told me they just needed to make the fries and reminded their staff.

Reminder 2: The manager somehow eventually disappears so I follow-up again after ten minutes. It was only then that they started making my fries.

It was aggravating to see so many walk-in customers being served while I waited for my order which was placed well ahead of time. When they finally served my order after another 10 minutes, I had to remind the employee that I also ordered a drink. He seemed confused, proceeded to make fries for another customer's order and then finally gave me a drink cup. That left me really...
