Taken from my yelp review on June 24, 2017. My last visit was on June 23, 2017 at around 19:45ish (7:45pm). We have been here plenty of times before, but almost always drive thru. It is my friend's favorite place to go after In N Out. We usually get the #2 double char burger. Lines at drive through are usually long and busy. I have not recalled a time where they were slow. It is nice that they have one at Mira Mesa. It seems a lot of places are coming and leaving in that area. They did a great job of constructing the building (this used to be a gas station several years ago for those who have only been here recently). I am also impressed with their service here as well. It is great to see younger folks being attentive and providing a great service in taking my orders. They are patient and got my orders 99% of the time correctly. They also have plenty of staffing both on the inside and on the drive thru. As for the burger, I liked the #2. It reminds me a bit of In N Out. I also liked the steak burger that I had last time. The sandwich is great and fresh. The french fries are a hit or a miss though. Sometimes it is a bit too salty and other times it is just right. I know there is an option of getting no salt, but I am too lazy to ask especially on drive thru. The drink we usually get is strawberry limeade and I liked it. The biggest con is pricing. It is a bit on the higher end. In N Out is another 2 miles away and there is also Chick Fil-A, Fuddruckers (rumors say they are going to close that location soon), and Carl's Jr across from the street. I also do not feel full from the food. Overall, it is a great addition to the area. The food was good most of the time, we have not had a problem with their service, and it is a very nice place. Although it is fast food, I do like them enough to give them 4 stars rather than at 3. I highly recommend a visit/experiment some of their burgers especially #2 Double Char burger and it does not necessarily have to be at this location as there are other Habits all...

Read moreThis used to be my favorite burger joint but Iâve been very disappointed the last two visits, and itâs frustrating because with the quality going down itâs not really justifying the price of their food. The service is fine though it used to be great. The location is clean both inside and through the drive thru.
The biggest issue is that the food is missing components and it seems like theyâre trying to cut corners while still charging customers full price. The Santa Barbara char is advertised as coming with two patties, but the last time I got it there was only one.
Today I got the $9 Korean Char, a Banana Wafer milkshake (no whip), and tempura green beans - total for these items was about $20. The milkshake did not have any vanilla wafers blended in or crushed on top. When I asked why it was missing the wafers the lady said they donât put the wafers in if you ask for no whip, which doesnât make sense to me. The Korean Char is supposed to come with shredded beef, which mine was definitely missing when I unwrapped it at home. I donât want to have to do a quality check before I leave the drive thru window, but I was feeling pretty insulted that the only thing that made this $9 burger Korean was the addition of kimchi.
Feeling pretty ripped off by The...
