COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The food is decent though. Not the best acai bowl but it'll do, if you're in the area.
Nobody is paying attention to customers walking up to order. The workers want you to use the self service kiosk. I opted for a printed receipt and nothing printed.
The worker called out my order as if it's complete but it wasn't. I had to wait again for them to pay attention to customers to ask for the rest of my order. I politely said, "excuse me. You called my order but I'm still waiting for the rest of my items." She gave me an angry stare, rolled her eyes and tossed her head back frustrated like a child, took a deep breath and then started the rest of my order, which was the Taiyaki and it came out slightly overdone. During my contact with her, she spoke no words to me.
They don't have spoons out for customers to get when they pick up the order. I asked the female worker for a spoon and she got pissed off and rolled her eyes and handed me a spoon. Again, she didn't verbally acknowledge me or anything when I asked for a spoon.
They got my order wrong. I didn't bother with having them correct it because they're NOT even paying attention to the customers!
The place is filthy and tables are sticky. There's straw wrappers all over the floor and trash overflowing from the trash can and it's hot inside the dining area and that's even with the door opened.
Parking in the area is horrendous. Good luck finding a sizeable parking spot if you're in a...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that I enjoy this place, it's one of my go to places for Boba. That being said, I feel like I they have a few things they can improve on greatly.
Boba amount consistency. I feel like they usually give out waaay to much Boba per cup, so I always order easy Boba. But even then, it's still too much sometimes. But not always. It really depends who is making your drink, and it shouldn't be that way. Who the hell wants their cup 1/2 full of Boba?!
Boba texture consistency. Their Boba is probably made in huge batches a few times a day, if not all at once, because usually at night, you can tell the Boba is really hard.
Drink consistency. Again, their drinks differ on who is making it. How does that happen? Shouldn't the drinks taste the same all the time?
Again, I think this place is great, but they really need to work on their measurements...
Read moreYum yum yum! So far on my trip here I've tried this shop and another place for boba tea and this store definitely tasted the best. I recommend the house milk tea, the brown sugar milk tea (if you like it a lot sweeter), the taro milk tea (if you like sweet potatoes and an earthy taste), the almond milk tea (if you don't like it super sweet and are okay with the taste of almond extract - not my favorite), and the Thai milk tea was pretty good also. My favorite flavor was the house milk tea, it wasn't super sweet like the brown sugar milk tea but just sweet enough. The staff and cleanliness of this location were great. 10/10 would visit again. My only complaint is that they open so late in the morning, but that seems to be almost all of the places that serve boba in the area. I wish they opened somewhere between 7 and 9am, rather...
