The regular wings are Just subpar, soggy Wings. Most wings were a good size, with okay sauce, but there's absolutely no way to contact them. I wish I could have asked them to cook them more for some crisp, but their phone number is just a recording stating exactly that. If you try the one in Clairemont, please know it is at Chili's and you pick it up from their To-Go spot. They don't specify that clearly enough. However, I did try them one more time. Defrauding customers, using a fake name. It's just the Chili's kitchen and staff. No in-person ordering, no inside pickup, anything they can do to hide that the brand is empty inside. I have no problem with not being able to call but at least give an option to request crispy! Especially since your wings are soggy which completely ruins it for me. I can imagine extra crispy is one of the most common requests for wings so why are you holding out if all you do is wings....
