Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Diego

Very rude girl at the drive through at 7:30pm on 03/05/2022. I ordered here a plain buttery jack and I said to the woman in drive thru that wanted it plain as in no condiments except for the garlic butter. The bacon and Swiss cheese can stay. The woman repeated back "okay yeah a plain buttery jack" I also ordered a large curly fry. When getting g home my burger had nothing on it. No bacon no Swiss. Just a patty with some seasoning on a bun. I didn't even get the correct fries. I got a plain fry. I called to ask for a refund and the girl on the phone said "no I remember your order and you didn't say no condiments you just asked for it completely plain" (which was not true I had other people in the car with me to confirm) essentially gaslighting me about it. When I asked about the fries she just said "yeah sorry about that you werent charged for it though, if you want a refund you'll have to come back when my manager is here". But it was still the principle that it was a very simple order. Definitely not going back to this location. Every time they screw it up and yet I still go back. This is the last time. Thanks for the patty and bun. I'd give it zero...

Foods good but I had a weird experience on 6/18 @ 1:35 pm. The drive through cashier didn’t give me my card back. Then after handing me my food she scurried off while I’m yelling “my card, my card”. She comes back near the window to make a drink & I’m trying to get her attention but she’s acting like she can’t hear me. I held the line up for at least a couple minutes trying to get my card back while she played blind & deaf. Finally when she couldn’t ignore me any longer she handed it over, minus the receipt. I had to check my account to see what she charged. I’ve worked fast food drive thru’s myself & I’ve never sat a card down after swiping it. Ive also never had a cashier try to keep my card. There’s literally no reason to not return it with the receipt after swiping. It’s not like she had to go make my food. It makes no sense. Anyway it creeped me out to the point where I ordered a new card because she had it way too long & could’ve copied the numbers. Had I just left I wouldn’t have even been able to remember not getting it back at...

The lobby was utterly trashed destroyed, molested by the unclean even!after a frantic search I found one spot that was less filthy than the others the only reason I ain't there is because I already paid. Let's talk about the service, the woman who I'm pretty sure it was some type of manager with a tattoo rose on her arm was extremely terse rude even I mean seriously you working customer service! as I wait for my number to be call they called a different number which didn't even correlate to anything on my receipt I had to literally go up there to check and see if my food was amongst the food that was just littered on their counter. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever go back in that Jack in the box I need to tear it down fire all the employees and build Chuck-E-Cheese or something. And the sad part is I usually love Jack in the box we don't have it at home so it's nice to have something...
