August 2024 I ❤️ Hi Nails! 🥰 I went for some long needed TLC and left feeling fully pampered. My nails are simply gorgeous, and after getting my very first pedicure ever (!😄) I was so relaxed and happy that they talked me into staying for it, lol. I'm hooked 😁

There's nothing more relaxing than having a mani/pedi at HiNails. 🥰 Hannah and the ladies there are always so nice and I come away every time with quality nails. The day I came in for the pretty brown 🤎 nails in the picture below, Hannah even gave me a heart on each ring finger because it was my mom's birthday and I was missing her.

I decided to go lavender this time! 😃

March: CHROME NAILS!! Aren't they FABULOUS?!!🩷🩷🩷 We went with a really pretty denim blue color and then she added the chrome yellow on top. I LOVE IT!! (One finger has chrome green because I wanted to see the difference. Can you tell which one? 😉) I❤️ HiNails!

April: Happy Spring!! I went in today for some much needed pampering on my overworked hands and feet. DO NOT COME HERE. I wish I wouldnt have to make this review, but I want to warn future customers. I have been to this salon twice, and let me just say that their nails have RUINED MY NAIL BEDS. Their over drilling created “rings of fire” on my nail beds and it also made the skin around bleed. Please look into getting the proper nail training. They also overcharge their services and do not price according to the menu. During my second time, they charged me for services I did not ask for and when I confronted them they blamed it on their new prices but when I checked with the “new prices” it still didnt add up? My fill (second time) was more basic and way shorter than my original set yet it was more expensive than my first set. While my nails were getting done, the younger lady was saying a joke as well that did not sit well with me, trying to take advantage that I was not the one paying, but my parent is. They also do not give quality services to each customer. When my sister was getting her nails done, they left her alone for more than 15 minutes to work on someone else when there were other people standing around. Although it wasnt busy, ill give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was, but that was no excuse to why her nails werent properly shaped and prepped. This was the worst experience I've ever had a nail salon. I did not like my nails or the shape the entire time my nail tech was doing them and i did soeak up and try to correct her but she didnt fix the shape and out TOO much paint on my nails unevenly. I did oay initially because I felt bad. But I came back less than 5 minutes after I left and kindly asked for a refund which they refused to give saying they cannot do that without the owner present. So I left cane back again right away and asked for my reciept and said I will come back on monday when the owner is present so I cant get a refund... the same lady proceeded to refuse that request. Saying the only way I can get my reciept would be if they took my nails off.. at this point I no longer wanted to deal with her I would have preferred to just speak to the owner. Again the same lady kept refusing to hand over my recipet... then she started saying she can give me the refund if she takes my nails off... again I no longer wanted to deal with her so I asked her is she really refusing to give me my oroof of payment?? After I asked that the nail tecg that did my nails pulled my CRUMPLED UP reciept out of our drawer and handed it to me... I mean I was so taken a back and offended. I just left... but I will be back on monday to have a word with the owner. Completely...
