Matt & Natalie were awesome! The sandwich was delicious. Service was excellent. Shop is clean. TVs inside. Great location. Highly recommend!

I hadn't been to Jersey Mike's in a while. This was my first time here at this location. I walked in and immediately struck up a conversation with Matt, who recommended to me that I order the Club Supreme, regular size. They asked me how I wanted it and they suggested I get it "Mike's way", which is the standard toppings that the shop recommends. Natalie prepared the perfect sandwich. Matt recommended that I add Chipotle mayo. The sandwich was incredible. I loved every bite. I basically devoured it. It was gone in a matter of minutes. I finished wishing there was more.

The real strength of this shop though is its service. The entire staff was incredibly courteous and polite. Their willingness to engage in conversation and make suggestions about their sandwich and toppings selection was a great addition to complement their exceptional sandwiches. Matt asked me later on after I had finished my sandwich if it was good, I gave him the thumbs up and he expressed his gratitude and delight in my satisfaction by offering a complimentary cookie. I went up to the counter to get it, and he offered a free cookie for my friend as well. We spoke about UCLA (my alma mater) for a few minutes, too.

Went to this store on Sunday with my sister and brother in law to get food. Granted, it was 8:40pm on this last Sunday and they closed at 9. We came back to SD and were hungry, and they've never had this food, being from Bama. We went in and ordered, Jovanny was out guy that night. I tried to apologize for coming in so late, as I understand. Jovanny, wouldn't say a word. He only glared at us while we ordered. He continuously kept eyeballing me and glaring his nostrils. As he made the sandwich "Mike's Way" I'm sure he tried to ruin it by over-saturating it with oil and vinegar. Turned out, it was the best sandwich EVER from your company! His attitude was terrible. Disgusting. The guy making the sandwiches made my sandwich touched meats, fixings, counters and register with the same gloves on, then he proceeded to make another customer's sandwich. Touching all the things with the same gloves on. Unbelievable!!when I voiced my concerns to the girl behind the counter she acted like she didn't really care. I asked for the manager, she said she's not in. I then proceeded to tell the male making the sandwich that he should really change his gloves for customers safety and proper hygiene. The girl behind the counter said to me, " I can talk to him" I told her, so why don't you tell him to change his gloves?? Again she proceeds to tell me,"I can talk to him, have a nice day" She never told him to change the gloves. He then proceeded to change the gloves. THIS IS COMPLETELY...
