I did an online order to pay for my food they sent me a code to grab my order out the self serve oven which I had brought 4 pizzas online. I then went to the counter an asked the worker if I can buy 2 sodas he said yea at first,but then started to question me on how I got my pizzas. I told the guy out the self serve machine he was like well let me see your receipt so I got a lil irritated cause the only way to open the self serve is with a code plus there's also a receipt on the pizza that says paid for. He kept askin for my receipt saying they have to see it. I then asked to speak with a manager an he wasnt any better he was tryna defend his worker saying oh he asked for your receipt to see if you payed for the sodas I told him it didn't make any sense because I asked if I could pay for them so there he looked all stupid an confused I asked for a cooporate number he told me that's done online I asked for both their names he said he can't give them out.. Later I called an spoke with another worker who said she was in charge at a different location who said they share the same supervisor she said the Euclid location always have problems with the workers an have lots of issues due to location.That had nothin to do with me because i paid.she took my name an number down said her manager would call I never revceived a call I do feel like I was discriminated. Today 10/20/19 my grandpa went to go pick up pizza at the 220 Euclid Ave, San Diego, CA 92102 location and experienced the absolute worst customer service. He got there and a woman who took his order had the worst attitude. She started with letting my grandpa know his total was $25.75 and when my grandpa accidentally handed $25 she yelled at him and told him he was short .75 cents ! He took out a $5 bill and handed it to her since he did not have change and she took it and gave him back .25 cents and walked away! My grandpa then told her he had handed her a $5 bill she began to argue with him and told him he was lying ! Can you believe the audacity? My grandpa reassured her it was a $5 bill and she took out $4 from the register and threw the money at him saying “I’m not going to cry for $4”. I am absolutely angry with the customer service and ask for something to be done or to have my complaint escalated as soon as possible. Read moreI went there yesterday and it seems like only four people were working out of seven people and only two of the ,4 were working efficiently. Every time I come to this site it seems like the cash register and the person that's taking the pizzas out is doing all the work. While the manager who's wearing a blue hat yesterday when I walked in it's just having social hour with the other two workers that aren't working. My pizza was stuck in the self pick up warmer.The cash register was busy so I said hello can I get some help. Then I complained about the manager not doing anything while the other workers were working hard and he tried to tell me that well he was busy looking at a monitor with these two other employees.
