McDonald's — Restaurant in San Diego

I used the app to order some fries for my child and immediately went inside to wait. The chairs and tables had food all over and food wedged in the cushions. There was a heavy set young male there with a ponytail and too small work shirt on, not wearing any gloves at all while handling any food. He would pull his pants up alot and complete orders. The only person I seen with gloves on was a younger female making the food. The asian guy with glasses had no gloves on and would adjust his glasses alot. I was sitting there watching three other people order and get there food without being acknowledged by the workers. When I finally got up and went to the counter the guy with the ponytail ignored me when I asked him for help ask a customer that came in ten minutes after me if he'd been helped already, yet I was there in a empty lobby while he and the older coworker were just gossiping on work hours in the lobby as well. Everytime I come I notice a mix group of workers. Some females and males with good hygiene and work attitudes, and then you have the ones that play around all the time and like I said dont wear gloves and handle peoples food nasty and want to be paid $20 per hour. Get it together mission...

Must say this Mcdonalds gives a bad name to the franchise. My mother is in a wheelchair and I parked her outside near the front door. She was asked to move, which is reasonable as she was so close to the front door. I filled up the two drinks I purchased and we left.

Fast forward two hours and my mom decided she wanted a couple of McChicken sandwhiches. This time I put her away from the front door by the patio area. I proceeded to walk towards the entrance when I was cut off by a wpman asling if we needed help. I tried to let her know I was going in to order food. This was when she accused my mother of sitting in her wheelchair putside the entrance for over an hour. I was given no chance to explain this was incorrect. Come to find out she was the owner. Basically she called me and my 70 year old mother a liar. I let her know she was a disgusting individual for the treatment we were recieving. Currently Im now banned because I "hurt" her feelings. This McDonald's is a horrible representative of...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I have given this McDonalds far too many chances, and they cannot seem to fix themselves. They have gotten my order wrong on at least five occasions. One time they messed up my kids orders so much that I had to drive back after getting home and discovering the mess. Today was the last draw. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal, ketchup only. After eating the first burger, which was fine, I discovered that they must have taken a premade burger for the second one and merely attempted to scrape the onions off. In doing so, they scraped the ketchup off and left several onions. I would rather they had just left the onions on, then been so lazy as to just scrape the onions off in order to complete my order. And I don't even want to think about what they used to scrape the burger. Even for fast food, getting your orders correct 50% of the time is horrible service.

While writing this review, I GOT SICK FROM THE FOOD!!!!! BE WARNED. EAT THERE AND SPEND TIME IN THE BATHROOM...
