When I say this food is delicious. I’m not sure if they’re going to stay in the location they’re at because it’s inside a bar which was unexpected, but I will be back. Absolutely I will be back. Embarrassed because the food smelled so good I started eating before the camera which is so out of character for me but next time I will be sure to take good pictures. I am always nervous when chicken and waffles are served with breast meat because breast meat is notoriously dry but these were the most moist, most well seasoned chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten in my life and I am from Georgia. Delicious. Service was amazing, they are so kind and it really didn’t take long to get food. Highly recommend , 10/10. Also learned yesterday that the owners used to run Rhythm’s Chicken and Waffles in PB so if you’re familiar with that, definitely come over and taste what you’ve...

I was first introduced to Moms Chicken and Waffles when she was in Pacific Beach. I am glad to see that she has continued the ritual here in North Park with their terrific fried chicken tenders.

In lieu of waffles and chicken tenders this time around, I went for the OG chicken sandwich for $15.99. The sandwich came with a juicy and seriously well fried pair of plump chicken tenders. Not only was it crispy and juicy, but it was well seasoned. Well done!

The sandwich came on a lightly toasted soft brioche bun with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, with mayo and chipotle sauce. The combination of ingredients and flavors was delicious.

They are located inside the U31Bar of North Park, San Diego. There is plenty of seating inside and on the outside patio. The service provided by Mom's Chicken and Waffles is very friendly....

We went to this place because it had a 4.9 rating on Google. When we drove by i was shocked but happy to see there was no wait. However the curb appeal looked a little dismal. Walking in, it's a little dark and there is a strong unappealing odor that may have been coming from the bathroom?? We chose a table furthest from the bathroom and after a few minutes it was fine. The best part about this place is definitely the food. Every component was so tasty and well seasoned. I ordered the smothered chicken and waffles and my daughter got the regular chicken and waffles. I didn't know mine came with potatoes but after trying one, Im glad it did! The potatoes were delicious and the texture was perfect. The gravy was also great and not heavy or greasy.
