Beware!!! This place seems great and has great reviews but the staff is terrible! I went there this past weekend with some friends and it was a huge mistake! Upon entering the bartender asked for our IDs which, is normal but upon handing him mine and my husband's, he proceeds to check mine while handing my husband's to some guy at the bar having a drink. This guy then proceeds to BREAK THE ID! He then asked the bartender for the "How to check an ID" book. He then appeared to skim the book and tried to claim that my husband's state issued driver's license was fake! (Of course he went ahead and broke it before even checking...) My husband provided his MILITARY ID to prove he was of age and the bartender and manager just laughed and had a sarcastic attitude as if they werent totally in the wrong. We decided to save our money for somewhere that appreciates their customers. After discussing it outside, we went back in to speak with the manager about replacing the ID and we found out that this random guy having a drink at the bar was the manager! Why exactly was the manager sitting at the bar having a drink? Why did he break my husband's ID before even checking it? Why was he and the bartender so smug and rude about it? Clearly they don't appreciate business, especially that of the military community. I recommend going to one of the dozens of other bars within walking distance over this one. They might just treat you like trash and...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would! We came to visit and had a group of us walk in. When we walked in we went to the pool tables and some of us went the the bar to order drinks. When we got there, the bartender said he needed to see all of our IDs before we ordered. They had no security at the door checking IDs which I think they should. So we proceeded to take our IDs out. He began to look at the first id and when he was done my friend that showed him asked for a beer. As soon as he said that he’s like you can get out of my bar. We were so confused because nothing was done or said that should have made us leave? We asked why and he said because we didn’t listen to him when he asked to see our IDs even though we were showing him? We told him we were and my friend asked for his name and he began to cuss at us and he said he was one of the owners. Very sad that someone can treat people like this when we are trying to come in and enjoy ourselves. He lost our business and glad we didn’t spend a dime there. Very very bad customer service and seems like all of the reviews share similar stories. Stay away from...
