CUTE TOURISTY SHOPS loved by both locals and visitors! Old Town Market gets a lot of foot traffic because of the historic Old Town location. However, the market captures the authentic shops of a Mexican town! I've been to Mexico a few times now and I can tell you there's several shops that have this charming quality over there! Old Town Market perfectly captures the charm. The vendors were super friendly even though we weren't buying anything and just came to chill out. You can get both traditional and more Americanized items like jackets, zarapes, and shirts. I've also spotted art, toys and other souvenirs. They cater to everyone here and that's a major factor in why it's so popular. I personally don't buy from Old Town Market proper as some of the items are too touristy and pricey. Read moreWhat a charming informative tour! We were visiting our friends that live in California but who had never been on the tour either. There were six of us total. It is the best way to learn some history about the area. We were able to disembark at various locations to get up close and personal with some of the sites our tour guide told us about. We didn't have to worry about finding our way around and wasting time to find parking. I highly recommend this tour to anybody.
