Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in San Diego

Coffee and cookie was nice, service could be improved though. I was told it will take 2-3 minutes for my coffee so I went to sit down. Over 5 minutes later realized I am still waiting for my coffee so I went to ask for it and cashier pointed out to the coffee sitting there on the next counter, apparently this is where you collect your coffee :/ being there for the first time and not knowing how all works, can be confusing. This is one of my favorite Pete's in San Diego because of the location and it makes for a great office away from the office to meet clients and friends. The food is good, but I wish they had more lunch choices. The service is usually pretty good although I have had a rare botched mobile order, overall they are good. Atmosphere is a stripmall, so not much of a view but pleasant and I do like their semi-private patio. Google said it was not very busy, well it was packed inside. Zero seating. I did not expect it to be busy at lunch time. I placed an order from the app and was not expecting to wait 20 minutes for a subpar coffee. Ended up receiving a watered down cold brew despite grabbing it the second they called my name. Very slow service here, there seemed to be no sense of priority despite there being a lot of people standing around waiting for their order.
