I was excited to come in for a shrimp quesadilla because I ordered it before and I was super excited to order it again until I got home and started eating it and I was lookin for the cheese in the quesadilla which is the main ingredient so as I started getting near the middle of the quesadilla it was still not very much cheese yet it had several shrimp and the bottom of the quesadilla was wet and oil was coming out yet I still have yet to see or taste the cheese in the quesadilla on top of the cook being rude as well as the cashier. I don’t understand how they thought it was a good idea to serve a quesadilla with no cheese and I am really disappointed that One of the simplest items in the world to make anywhere in the world could not be properly prepared when it only consists of warming a tortilla with a sufficient amount of cheese to it and adding shrimp. This is actually ridiculous and I was hungry and I don’t understand how this was given as a quesadilla. Absolutely unacceptable anywhere. How can you actually serve this to a paying customer who ordered a quesadilla? This was extra dry and even though it is surrounded in a puddle of grease it was actually disgusting and tasted dry. This is sad

To give this place here at this address is so sad for me. Why? It's because I'm not a new customer at Roberto's. I lived in Vegas for many years and it's my go-to stop at any time. But this place in this address is not even close to any other one I have ever been to. The place is way dirty. It's also way outdated and stinky. The service was not bad but didn't seem as if they cared. And then there was the food. The main item I always ask for is a wet bean and cheese burrito. This was something else I got. First, there was no cheese on top then the sauce tasted old. I also ordered some taquitos. These were straight-up stale. The guacamole was brown, not green. The carrots I got were soft and soggy. BTW I paid $1.00 for each baggie which I never paid in Vegas. Sorry, but this place sucked. I can't find one good thing about here but that it was close to the hotel. Oh yeah, and I did get the runs when I got to the hotel. Smh.

Been a repeat customer for a couple of years now but with my latest experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I ordered a quesadilla, but when I got to the window they said they made it into a burrito. I told them that's not what I ordered, and they said they'll remake it. About 30 seconds later I got my food, which I knew was a bad sign. Got home and this is what I received - soggy tortilla, with a pound of sour cream and everything carelessly thrown in - pretty sure they microwaved the tortilla. Won't be going back, plenty of other great Mexican places around. Note: Before this experience I'd give it 4 stars, but no longer a reliable place to get quality Mexican food.

I usually go through the drive thru after work (around midnight-2am). I was off today & went over around 1-2pm. One person in drive thru in front of me who got their order through immediately. I waited about 5 minutes, said hello into speaker three times & no one answered or asked to take my order-I threw the truck into reverse to trigger the drive thru sensor (again) & waited another few mins, said hello a couple more times, no answer (again) & decided to park & order inside (I know they have a camera inside to see that there’s someone in the drive thru as the nighttime crew has stated before when my girlfriend & I asked how they knew it was us in the drive thru one of the other numerous times we came by). I go inside to order & asked if the drive thru was not working as I’d bn sitting there almost ten mins trying to get someone on the speaker-the place wasn’t crowded at all by the way. The cashier insisted it was working even though I had sat there for a while, backed up to re-trigger the sensor etc. I brush this off & put in my order for three different burritos-2 different breakfast burritos & a carne asada. One of the breakfast burritos I know comes with guacamole & pico-I added sour cream & jalapeño & the cashier repeats twice about the extras-I order a ham egg & cheese for my girlfriend stated no pico twice on that one. I get home, my girl unwraps hers, takes a couple bites & says the eggs are completely over cooked-almost burnt & I go into the kitchen for a few mins to rinse a couple dishes & she comes in a few mins later & throws 3/4s of the burrito in the trash cause it’s so bad. I eat mine a short time later & there’s no guacamole or pico which comes in the burrito & also no sour cream or jalapeños which I asked/paid for. I still haven’t tried the carne asada burrito yet, but the first two were completely screwed up. I forgot to mention that the cashier & cook that we’re on I had never seen there before.Again, I’ve ordered here before numerous times with no issue as this taco shop is 24/7 & right around the corner-usually always late night. I’ve been in during the day quite a few times (with different cooks/cashiers) & never had an issue, but today was beyond ridiculous & completely disappointing. I’d be 100% sure you get what you order, however you can. Today I did not get anything near what I paid for or asked for & it’s ridiculous how someone can screw up such & easy order. Normally, our orders are perfect but these new people just don’t seem to care or listen. I don’t ever do these reviews but I don’t want anyone to end up with the same thing happening to them. Overcharged for extras you didn’t even get, mediocre & overcooked dry food, etc. Just be careful here. I was extremely unhappy today & have my fingers crossed I don’t get sick or wind up with...

This place is amazing! Last night we pulled through the drive and literally ordered $200.00 worth of food. No judgment, we're feeding 8 people! We ordered 5 Cali burritos, 1 Carne asada burrito, 1 bean & cheese burrito, 15 beef hard tacos, 10 Carne asada soft tacos and 4 quesadillas. The woman repeated the order back beautifully. We pull up to the window wait about 9 minutes if that and she handed us our 7 food bags. Amazingly fast service. The people working in the kitchenand drive thru window dominated! We get home and dig in! EVERYTHING we ordered was in the bags and was absolutely delicious! I didn't get anyone's name working Friday August 20th but if you read this, you guys did a wonderful job at 1:30 in the morning! Also they have a tip jar at the drive thru window, don't forget to throw something in for them!! I'll definitely be back and recommend everyone else try them out. Super fast, fresh and...
