I had a terrible experience with manager of this establishment. The manager had an attitude for remaking my açaí bowl . And when she gave it back after remaking it , she slammed it down. I asked politely and wanted it done the usual way. She stated the way I liked it after I showed the picture was incorrect. Which is ironic bc the picture was from this establishment. I felt very disrespected and highly upset bc my family was there and seen how they treat ppl in the navy.

As you can see I’m a valuable customer if I came to this business multiple times. I came two days in a row and received poor customer service, i believe by the same person. The manager you have working there that day stated the picture is correctly made of the açaí bowl. When I showed past pictures she stated those were incorrect. If you seen the camera footage it’s clear she did not put it down in a kind manner and was frustrated bc she didn’t want to remake it. I asked politely for my first 2 açaí bowls to be remade.The guy remade it the usual way i always had it. Then the manager made the 3rd açaí the way i did not want it after i expressed i did not want that way.Staff got frustrated because they didn’t do there job properly and my family did not speak with staff bc I paid.I got frustrated and upset asked for my money after they gave me the same açaí bowl after being remaking . My recent visit to Ryan Brothers Coffee left me thoroughly impressed. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a team that was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and humorous, making the entire experience delightful from start to finish. I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie for my daughter, and it was a hit! What we both appreciated was that it wasn't overly sweet, yet incredibly refreshing—a perfect blend for a warm day. As for myself, I indulged in their iced caramel latte, which was rich, creamy, and satisfyingly smooth. To accompany our drinks, we decided to try their bacon breakfast burrito, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. The flavors were on point, and it was just the right portion size for us to share. Overall, Ryan Brothers Coffee exceeded my expectations with their fast service, welcoming atmosphere, and delicious offerings. It's definitely a spot I'll be revisiting whenever I'm in the area. I love the music the staff plays & I enjoy the cold brew mango black tea! It’s very tasty! I’d love to know exactly how much Caffeine is in the different cup sizes! Or all the different drinks actually!

The food is hit or miss, I’ve tried a few different options and I definitely like the turkey BLT and I order tasty plain croissants from time to time but everything else is questionable. Every time I’ve had a cookie it was kinda stale, and I think the breakfast options would be better with fresher ingredients. The potatoes in the burritos have never been good the times I’ve tried them out. Just suggestions if you ever change the menu up! Other than those I enjoy the Ryan Brothers drinks and great customer service!!!
