Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

Only come here cause it's close to work and a drive thru. Will make the effort of waking up early to go somewhere else. The staff is unfriendly and rude.

Ordered through mobile app but they forgot my croissant. I said excuse me to the girl at the bar 3x but ignored. She was talking to the other barista about her drinking shots and hooking up with a guy over the weekend. Got the drive thru barista attention and let her know I was missing a croissant. She lets the guy warming stuff up know. I was standing next to the hand off counter. The girl I talked to had told the guy "shes missing a croissant can u just get it for her and give it to her when its ready" we are fine until that point. I'm just checking my work emails waiting. He comes up to the hand off counter throws a white bag and walks away...see him talking to someone by the pastries. 7 minutes pass by (yes I'm timing) but no croissant. The original girl comes up to me and says my croissant gas been sitting there. Well the guy never said anything. Didnt even get an apology

Had a work meeting, and wanted to take everyone sbux. One of the orders was an iced coffee sweetened with stevia and heavy cream. I let them know I needed everything on the side since it wasnt for me. They refused.

Went again ordered 5 drinks for coworkers. Asked for a tray, didnt have any.

Today, ordered a hot chocolate, no room, no whip, no foam. I'm barista language that means fill all the way to the top. I get if theres small room but NOT more of a quarter missing with foam.

Everytime u bring up that something is wrong they have attitude. I can only speak for the morning staff. You guys need to retrain or hire people that actually want to work and arent moody and have their hair look...

I hate to give this Starbucks a bad review, because I love Starbucks and I go almost everyday. But this location does not know the syrups to drink size. Every single time I go through the drive thru and ask for two pumps of syrup in a grande drink they never specify it on the ticket tab so it is made with four every single time. I always make sure they know I say two, and the person taking the drink order always says it comes with two. I worked at Starbucks for many years, and on every website or google search regarding syrup to drink size at Starbucks states that a grande drink comes with four pumps. Please please please, tell your staff the syrup to cup sizes. No matter what, I have to get my drink re made every time, and every time the staff seems annoyed and fights with me that a grande comes...
