Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

Bought a medium Cafe Latte. No other customer. Took the barista more than 5 mins to realise that my cup was there for her to prepare my drink. No clear communication between cashier and barista.

I hv asked for a dash of cinnamon and chocolate powder. Barista will to add the cinnamon powder but asked cashier if can add chocolate powder. Cashier said no. Barista turned around and said there is no more chocolate powder.

It's impossible for starbucks not to have the chocolate powder.
