I recently visited Starbucks at 10720 Westview Pkwy San Diego, CA 92126 and had the most incredible experience, thanks to an outstanding barista named Bey. From the moment I walked in, Bey greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly brightened my day. Bey's attention to detail and exceptional customer service were truly commendable. They took the time to explain the menu and provide recommendations tailored to my preferences. Bey's knowledge about the various coffee blends and their ability to customize drinks was impressive. They ensured that I received a perfect cup of coffee that suited my taste perfectly. Not only was Bey highly skilled in crafting delicious beverages, but their passion for their work was evident in every sip. They meticulously prepared my order, expertly balancing flavors and textures to create a truly delightful experience. The drink was flawlessly executed, and I savored every sip. What also stood out about Bey was their genuine care and attentiveness toward all customers. They patiently addressed everyone's questions and concerns, and their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere in the store. Despite a busy morning rush, Bey remained composed and made each customer feel valued. The overall ambiance of the Starbucks location was inviting, with comfortable seating and a clean environment. I don’t recommend this Starbucks unless this manger supervisor Conner is fired he’s is rude unprofessional I used to work at Starbucks target Starbucks in New Jersey this employee manger should resign be fired Brandon did nothing wrong I stand with him he’s a great person when the employee said you can’t film in Starbucks that’s not true Brandon said he would not film anyone or the employee only himself & the employee still would not serve him is wrong like Brandon said people film inside of Starbucks Snapchat TikTok reels & he still wouldn’t let him film he’s filming his order to put on people “hey guys I’m at Starbucks so you’re going to order this drink with these ingredients now we are going to try it etc” the employee said that’s Starbucks policy no it’s not he needs to resign or get fired definitely doesn’t follow Starbucks green apron rule & here in New Jersey I go to many Starbucks & film the employee are chill cool they like it when people come in & film I always do they don’t care & I always talk to them I order my food drink while I wait I talk to them even after I get my drink & food I still talking sometimes when I order my drink I forget to say vent or add cold foam on top & I say how much do I owe you since they fixing it they are soo sweet they change it for free every single one I go to has friendly staff here warm welcoming people I’m so sorry this happened to you Brandon come to New Jersey I’ll go with you to one of my favorite Starbucks we can film no problem as a foamer barista I would hope people are coming in filming it’s a good thing for them there followers to try put them on to new things & they are showcasing Starbucks both...

I think I wrote corporate twice about this location. I came last fall and only ordered a steamed apple juice. I used a freebie today, 4/24/2018, and I'm happy to say it wasn't a waste. Service was still slow but it's 1 hr before close and they have 1 person working.. poor guy is running the one of the only Starbucks open late in the area and still managed to make me a drink I am happy with. I'm raising my 1* review to a 3* for signs of improvement.

I haven't been here in a year, I hated it then. I came here 5/20/17 because it was after 10pm and the only one open. They are slow, one person too busy cleaning to help the other take orders so they can make drinks. That guy said welcome and he'd be right with me and finished making at least 2 drinks. So I'm standing there waiting, I started looking at the cups in line.. Couple comes in and bypass me, he started taking their order so I said something because I'm not waiting for another 10 minutes for a drink. I always order a venti caramel macchiato and extra caramel.. I got a small. So yes, remake my drink and preferably sans the attitude because now I'm upset. This is my least favorite starbucks in the world. In the year I haven't been nothing has changed. Its only consistency is watery drinks with slow and rude service.
