I visited this Jamba Juice location for the first time today, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I understand that the store was busy and the staff may have been under pressure, but that’s never an excuse to be rude to customers.
The staff member who helped me, My T, was snappy and had a clear attitude when I politely asked for the extra portion of my drink—the part that’s usually left in the blender and often given to customers. Instead of simply explaining or accommodating the request, she refused and slammed another blender on top of it to make sure I couldn’t have it. That kind of response was completely unnecessary and came off as intentionally rude.
I’ve been a Jamba customer for years and always appreciated the friendly service at other locations. This visit was a real letdown and didn’t reflect the brand I’ve come to know. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer...

I know every person who works at this location on a first name basis because their accommodating demeanor keeps me coming back daily. Sorry in advance for forgetting anyone and for the mispellings of names, but: Jasmine, Katie, Genna, Ephraim, Jane, Jesus, Derek, Casey, Diana, Teri, Angie, and Jacey... You All Deserve some recognition for a job WELL DONE! I wish everyone of you Great Things in your Journeys through life, and if you work half as hard as you do for Jamba Juice in your future careers... you will find SUCCESS!

Read more*Update: I took two stars away because each time I placed my order online for the Acai bowl, I always add extra pumpkin seeds and when I go to pick up they haven't worked on my order because they were out of pumpkin seeds and wanted to know if I wanted to substitute?? They could've called me but since they didn't I had to wait even longer! This has happened to me over 10 times too many. Until finally I asked, why don't you take it off from your website then since you don't serve, their answer was, "I don't know." I have not been back since and hopefully they had fixed that problem. I've bee spending elsewhere though 😌😌
