The order was made perfectly and didn't take too long. The sandwiches were really good and hit the spot. Just what the doctor ordered! The customer service was ok, but the employees looked like they came out of a dungeon and knew they had to go back in after my meal was made. No smiles. No eye contact. No banter. Almost robotic, with absolute minimal interaction. Kinda sad, but a sign of the times. Gladys and Madi are awesome!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. This is my favorite SUBWAY by far due to the clean bathroom and warm atmosphere. Will be my go to location for a quick bite to eat for years to come. The bread is baked daily and always fresh just like the vegetables. They have plenty of sauces to choose from to spice up your meal and life. Being vegan I did not think they would have any options for me but was I surprised, you can get the veggie sandwich with no cheese. The employee Shawn Khan made my sandwiches wrong (for delivery by Uber eats) then when I called he said they couldn’t possibly be wrong because he’s worked there a long time and he follows the directions. I drove to the location and showed him the wrong sandwiches against the receipt to show they were completely wrong and he said the only way he can make new ones is if he takes those back, “it’s policy” I told him no, he messed it up so I’m keeping the sandwiches and I’ll need the correct ones and he refused.
