I am giving one star because the 1st time I went I did have a good experience, but my 2nd time was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I was attended by the oldest lady that works there, I should of know it would end badly when I told her I had a cut under one of my nails and she proceeded to poked it with one of her nail scrapers right as I had told her! I wanted some nude gel polish with black tips, the lady was working really fast on my nails, she even skipped some steps on one hand, I didn't want to be rude I thought, hey she's the professional she knows what she is doing. Then as she started to put the nude polish I began to see the that there were black spots in it, I told her that I didn't like that, she said she would put other coat to cover it, I could still see all the black spots, she said it was left over acrylic and there was nothing she could do, I told her I didn't like that she started yelling stuff in Vietnamese and the manager and others got closer to see what was happening I told him that the nails did not look good. He didn't even say anything to me and then they all started laughing. The lady then said she would redo the 3 that looked worse, I wanted to walk out but I had already been there for 1 hour and a half! She then proceeded to take off the polish as rough as she could with that scraper thing. Its been 3 days and my nails are already peeling and look like they are dirty, I will never go back there again, and good luck to anybody that goes...

Why did i waste my time??? I went in after I called to make sure they could take me during my lunch hour. I had a broken acrylic nail and they said sure no problem anything else? I said shorten and color change
I get there: Broken Nail, Shorten, Color Change? No problem have a seat!
an HOUR LATER.... she makes a mess of my nails, subbed out the color for one "almost the same" but wasn't, left my old polish all over my nails still, and cut me. I'm a pretty patient person so you know? I wasn't mad
I get to pay: $32.00
32?! for what! Apparently the smear of acrylic she painted over my other nails constituted a "refill" which i stated TWICE i didn't want or even NEED, there wasn't even a gap in my cuticle!!! I had ONLY NEEDED A BROKEN NAIL FIXED
they all started yelling at me in broken English and it became a HUGE scene--- tons of anxiety i didn't need, I was mortified
they made me late back to work, and didn't budge on the price even when they ADMITTED they shouldn't have given me the refill, apparently the tech didn't speak English and didn't understand what i needed and i shouldve stopped her [Im a site manager there now apparently??]
BIGGEST WASTE OF $32 EVER- DO NOT GO-...

I paid for what was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure but only got attempts at upselling me every few minutes with things I didn’t request, need or want.
Mai, was nice enough originally but was lazy and refused to give me a propper pedicure simply because I didn’t allow her to use the heel scalper on my feet.
(My skin has been so much softer simply by using the exfoliant scrubber / using topical mineral masks at home).
She barely made an effort while exfoliating my feet, (what was that supposed to be a short massage?), hot towel steam?, what did I pay for— a $60 dollar polish change and murmmered negative talk under her breath when I rejected things I didn’t want or have time for.
Tackiest thing was asking if I wanted to stay for a manicure while my son —(who’s two-years-old) was at the end of his ability to sit patient, still or silent and needed to be taken care of immediately. I had no one else with me and no one to watch him.
I still tipped her well but will not be...
