Allergy problem... In my previous experience The owner is great, but based on this experience the staff doesn't pay attention....

I'm Allergic to Bananas. I placed an online order specifying NO BANANAS SUB MANGO... I arrived and asked to make sure there were no Bananas and the gal confirmed that there were no Bananas.

I get home bite into the bowl and low and behold there are Bananas... Had to prevent myself from going into shock and heading to the hospital.

the workers are great but they have to take out money from their tip jar to get more food. the owner doesn’t use gloves when handling food and the bowls themselves are very disgusting and bland (i got the dragon bowl). the salad uses microwaved meat and the chia pudding is rather tasteless. they have such strict regulations on the amount of honey they put on the açaí bowl. i feel bad for the workers here who are under such terrible management. i found all of this out from someone who worked there. I never put review but our experience was so bad that I felt obligated to do this. To start, We got our food 2 hours after ordering, part of problem was postmate but when we called the store to check on postmate delivery guy, one of the staff told us that: “she can’t work with tablet and manager is gone! She won’t be able to even check on our order” When it got delivered eventually, we got a sandwich with almost no meat and vegetables!
