Another only 1 star because I have to give it something. First when we got in it was 1 o'clock today Friday 7/14/2023 we spoke with waitress and I asked I if we could sit outside and was told it was ok and waitress even wiped down table for us...ok promising....not really. She took our order probably1:05 and carded one of our party, cool im a bartender i probably would have...1:30, 1:45 ok I'm going to parking lot for a smoke my buddy goes to the bar and asked where our drinks are. Ok were the only people sitting outside at this point. I get back from my smoke and then we see the waitress walking out to the parking lot with a margarita...strange since to lady that got carded ordered a margarita...waitress walks back in with margarita. Then a dude comes and grills our friend about her birthday. Saying waitress said her ID said 2025......um that's when it expires not when she's born dude, it's 2023. The he asked the other young lady for her ID, her response 🤣 I ordered a diet coke. Ok most of us are about to go across the parking lot to stubborn mule. But we give the new waitress a chance. She ended up doing a great job, except she she forgot two of our parties drinks and dishes. We felt terrible for the poor lady. If this place wants to be a happening joint right across from another bar/restaurant/sports bar. You need to train your staff. Learn how to read a ID it's the law actually. On a Friday you really need more than two waitresses. The food was mediocre but that is probably biased by the service. As a bartender multiple tabs yes more work but with a good pos ("point of sale") system it's easy and usually means great tips for good service because most tip separate for tabs. We went there for a Ram's game on Sunday Oct 2nd. We were pleased to find a lot of other Ram fans there, but were shocked at the atmosphere. No camaraderie, and no Unity. I can only guess that it was a product of the environment. I approached the bar and the Bar tender looked at me , but never said anything. I asked him if they had Pitchers of beer and he said No. I ordered 2 draft beers and he still said nothing. as he was ringing the beers I asked him if they had Sunday football specials and he again said No. No beer specials, no taco specials, No! I was shocked to see that the Beers were $6.75 each. We sat at our table for over 30 minutes and not one waitress ever stopped to see if we wanted to order something. We also saw a man escorting his young son to the bathroom, and just before he got to the door the bar tender rushed in ahead of him. The man sat on the stage waiting for the bar tender to exit and as the bar tender exited, an elderly employee moved around them and entered the bathroom. This was the final straw, we left and went to Chili's where they had $3 drafts the same size and $5 appetizers. By the way, an ala cart 2 taco dish was $11.95 here. They told me about this place, so I made a reservation for a group of 10 to 15 people, 3 weeks in advance. A couple of friends arrived at the place, my wife and I, a waitress receives us at the door, badly faced, she seemed that she felt miserable about her work, in short, she led us to our table, about 10 minutes passed and no one came to take the order or offer us a drink, when suddenly a guy came with an aggressive attitude saying that we were at the wrong table, that we had to move to the tables next door, where only 6 people could fit, since these tables were glued to the wall, I annoyed him that, that The type of service was the one your establishment was offering us, that we were waiting for another 10 people and therefore we were not going to fit at the tables next door.
