Altitude Trampoline Park San Dimas — Attraction in San Dimas

We celebrated my daughter's birthday party here and worse experience ever. First time celebrating a party in a trampoline park. We get there 15 mins early so we can set up. I booked the mvp table package. While I'm checking in the hostess takes my husband and kids to the back to show him where to put our belongings. After checking in I go back where the tables are and the hostess concern tells me that this is the table we will use because there is no tables available. The table we were offered was a small square table instead of the rectangle table. I ask why if we already had a reservation. The hostess tells us there was a computer error. Then my husband ask if we will get some kind of compensation for just getting a small table. Then the manager jumped in and said we'll you only reserved for one table. I told her ok so the package includes a small table for 10 kids,? I told her we were having more than 10 kids coming.Manager then rudely again said we'll we called you to confirm and you never called back. I told her that I called back right away and no answer. Called back after work to confirm and no answer. Plus I think I read that they should call you a few days to confirm not 2 days before the event. The manager was so rude in front of my kids and my father in law and cousin. Even they made a comment of the manager of how rude she was. Finally they said they can give us 2 small tables and had us set up by the entrance of one of the party rooms and walk way to get up to the slides. By then it was passed 15 minutes of our reserved time. The room that was next to us was getting ready for another party. The people from that party decides to use our table to put their stuff while they employees are getting their room ready. So by then I'm already frustrated, and told them that I was trying to set up the table for our event and they did not care. Finally hostess came around and ask I needed anything and took order for pizza and drinks. Poor hostess I felt so bad she looked so overwhelmed and stressed out. She even talked to my mom for a few minutes and said she felt bad for us for the whole unorganization happening with us. I went back to the front to get my sisters and nephews they were in line waiting to get checked in. My sister ends up getting the manager and rudely tells my sister that the other register girl will help her check in. My sister then says to me why she couldn't help her. Finally they get checked in and I try to enjoy the rest of the time left for my daughter's birthday. About half an hour before our time is up hostess tells me that we have 2 more pizzas because of the amount of kids we had. I asked her if it was mandatory to get the pizzas and she said yes and tells me it will take 1/2 hr to have them out. I told her by them our time will be up so she offer to put them in a box. Finally we start cleaning up and my mom tells me to leave everything and have them do it , which is part of the package. While my daughter was putting her shoes on she asked me "mom I thought I was getting a birthday shirt and what about the game card" by then some of her friends left. So I went back to the front and ask about the shirt and game cards. The worker stated that some game machines were out of order. So they can give a child a slurpee or a free pizza. I just told her to give me the game cards. I was so over this place already and just wanted to get out of there. With this bad experience I would not be returning or booking a party. And for the manager be more professional around people, smile! They need to have more employees and not to over stress their employees. They all look unhappy and stress!. Is over priced and if my package included 2 more pizzas, what happened with my other 2 pitchers of soda that I never received and was charged for it! Update- Camila did come back and speak to me and admitted she was incorrect about the policy and offered a refund and parent pass. She made things right in the end.👍🏻

We have had the VIP membership for several months, possibly a year now already, and rarely use it since we don’t live super close. We have never had any issues until today. We have 2 children, 9,5, and always do 1 buddy for brother and a parent pass for myself or my husband so one of us can play/watch the kids. Camila did not allow us to purchase our parent pass, Camila the assistant manager was very rude and not understanding at all. I even showed her the website that clearly states we have 1 parent pass (limit 2 per day), and 1 buddy pass (limit 1) I showed her and she said she was going to and I quote “have the social media people fix that”. And she could not show me a policy stating what she was saying it was. With Camila not beinf accommodating or offering to resolve the issue, i ultimately decided to cancel our VIP membership.
