McDonald's — Restaurant in San Fernando

Experience was terrible!! I’m never going back. I had the same guy maybe 3+ months ago and back then he didn’t know what he was doing, 3+ months later and same thing! He tried using an old clumpy polish on me but one of his coworkers had to tell him not to use it. She told me to pick another color (very rudely!) I told her I needed the color options and she continued to rush me to pick a color then eventually handed me the options (she’s still rushing me) so I pick a color. The color ends up looking completely sheer even though it should’ve been pink. I tell them I want to change colors (which I never do - I’ve come here for years, but hadn’t gone since the last time I had the same guy). The girl tells me no Id be charge (this is after the guy uses gross old clumpy nail polish, she rushes me, and the rest of my family of 3 have had their nails done already for 15 min because this guy is also REALLY SLOW!!!!). I tell her the color looks completely sheer not pink. She tells me well I chose the color, I told her well you rushed me. I say I want to be cleaned up and leave I’m over it. She tells me fine they’ll put a color on top of it, I pick a color she says well we’re only adding one coat it’s still gonna be sheer. I say then no just clean me up I want to leave already (I’m beyond frustrated). They clean me up, it looks like I have no gel polish on so what a waste of $50! Never ever coming back here. Few days ago went through drive thru ordered a few things kid at register was running back & fourth from one window to the next. He gives me one bag and my drink. Bag felt kinda light I asked him if that was everything he said yes that’s all. So I drove off and my wife started checking the order. They forgot my 5 Mc’doubles 🤷🏼‍♂️ so I walk in and this kid is still running around like a crazy person still tryna get things done. So I wait & wait granted there is an older woman there with her back turned towards me not doing anything but looking at some folder. So I wait 🤷🏼‍♂️another kid is sitting there on his break staring at me stare at the lady 😡 so after about 5 min she turns around and asked me what I needed. I told her you have this kid doing too much he forgot my 5 mc’doubles. She immediately starts going in on him and he’s trying to say he gave me my order.. I told him you only gave me 1 bag!. He ended up giving my 5 burgers to the car behind me.. (score for them)😂.. so after about 15 minutes of being in there at around 1am I finally get my burgers and leave. Reasons I came here... unlike many nail salons around this area they are one of the only business that are open Mondays. #2 I was a walkin and I only waited about 5 minutes to be seated. #3 They are very transparent about the price of your service before starting and during as well (if any changes or add ons are coming up during your visit). I came in for an Acrylic nail removal (no manicure) $15. Not only did they leave my nails looking good hence the picture she was quick and efficient. I inquired for a gel removal from the toes and to add a new gel color. I was suggested a pedicure and because I've never done it before I felt like spoiling myself and agreed. She gave me my new quote and I felt it was a reasonable price. So adding to the removal of my toes gel x polish I came with and a pedicure my new quote was $65. (They do have a $2 add on for paying with card) I absolutely felt relaxed, pampered, and comfortable with Q ann.... she is by far so kind, personable and professional. I was only here for slightly over an hour with her!!! She deserves to be well tipped everytime :) I'll be back and I hope you all...
