McDonald's — Restaurant in San Fernando

This happened at 10:10pm. When I was at Mc Donald’s they only gave me one bag of my order and not the other half of my order. I was missing 2medium size fries 4 piece chicken nuggets And had to go back inside to fight for the missing food. There was a rude employee a little overweight and had a cap on she said “ hahaha you forgot the fries” she was being very disrespectful towards me like if she did it on purpose and not doing her job right!. I’m disappointed about my customer service at this Mc Donald’s. And this is every single visit that I always go through at this location. Fix your customer service! Last but not least my fries were kinda burnt and not made properly.

Update: I had ordered today at mc Donald’s on January 2nd at 2:45pm. When I was there I ordered a happy meal and large fries, when I came to the window where I pay for my food. And went to the next window. They gave a whole different entire order I didn’t even ask for or even payed for. It was a Big Mac and large fries and 6 chicken mc nuggets. I am extremely not satisfied by my customer service and they charged me 2 dollars more than what I was suppose to pay. Fix your management with your employees. Also the employees were goofing off...

So my father and I just finished doing our 10 hour shift. We go up to the drive thru and it takes 2 minutes or so until I called out for a response. Then we had to wait 5 minutes or so at the second window for the cashier guy with butterfly tattoos on his left arm near his wrist to get to us. Bear in mind there is no one, and I mean NO ONE in the vicinity. Lastly, when my dad asks what type of sauces they have, the guy has the audacity to roll his eyes, sigh, and say "whatever we have". I stared at him because wtf. My dad and I had to work 10 hours today and to have attitude be given to us as we're grabbing a bite?! What the hell!! I know I may sound like a Karen, but we had to work out asses off, only to let the management of this place get away with this. I'm absolutely pissed.

Not the first time with very poor and bad service , almost all the time they have cold coffe and the worst thing , today I bought a two egg mcmuffings on one of them I found the whole eggshell I could get choking, so I went back to them and they even said sorry just gave me a sandwich I wasnt looking for something else but at least they should be courteous with customers , on the past They gave me cold coffe and Ive been told them about it they just answear "thats weird we always have very hot coffe " The point of this claim is for the corporation to take things up with the management because all of you people who is reading this , should tell me " dont buy anything from there" but customers like you , me and everyone deserve a good treat as we pay for it , we are not asking it for free!!! Next time Ill provide the name of the old lady in charge of the window. Thanks to everybody and God...
