Starbucks — Restaurant in San Fernando

Drive through service and just getting in line is horrible. There are three options to get in line, Block off the Drive thru exit from the Pollo Loco Next door, Enter from the Street through a drive way that if backed up will leave you in the street or blocking cross traffic in the parking lot, or Enter from the side of the Restaurant side and be considerate of the opposing traffic and side that is coming in from the street. It was a hot afternoon and we were looking for a cold drink so ordered the Cold Nitro Cascara that usually comes with ice. This time, it didn't and they neglected to tell us it didn't or they were out of ice. The server basically handed it to us and walked away despite us questioning the drinks. Not worth the money paid and the normally really good drink I could have made better at home with...

Hi I checked the websites hours before ordering online on the app to be sure I would be able to go in and grab my coffee super quick but the lobby was closed keep in mind it is 9pm when they say the location closes at 11:30pm. I called to cancel my order because I was not able to wait 15 minutes in line to pick up my drink on my way to work. I would have came earlier or not ordered at all if I knew their lobby was closed. They told me I would either have to wait in line to have a refund (so either way I have to wait). This completely defeats the purpose of the app to make it convenient. The website should say only the drive through is open after a certain time to not give the false illusion that this location is fully open...

I ordered my drink on my app estimated time was 8 min. I know they are a lil busy mornings so I gave them a few extra min before I arrived. I arrived about 4 min after the estimated time, drink was not ready I was asked to wait a few min the batista was making it now I stepped away as to not block the pick up area. I asked about my drink a few min after I was told it was given to someone else my mistake I was upset and annoyed because I was on my way to work they took another 8 to 10min to make my drink so i had to wait for my mobile order an extra 15 to 20 min. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened at this location so I don't frequent it too often. I will not be ordering from this...
