El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in San Fernando

Let me just state 1st off that I've eaten at numerous El Pollo local restaurants. I food allergy which happens to be onions. So on this particular occasion, I ordered the Double Chicken Tostada Salad with "No Pico!". I was not keeping an eye on things while it was being made. When I got my food at the table I had Pico in my salad. Not a big deal. Took it back to the counter and showed the woman my receipt that said "No Pico" & salad that had pico in it. The woman at the counter walked it around to the Food preparation area and appeared to mention to the person back there that I asked for no pico and she reached in with her gloved hand and scooped out a bunch of the lettuce and the Pico. Now because I have a food allergy and I've worked in food service this is not the appropriate action to take when someone tells you that you put something in their food that they're allergic to and they've asked you not to. That is when i said, loud enough to be heard in the back, "I am allergic to onions that's why I ordered it with no pico and they've cross contaminated the meal with onions that are in the pico. And you cannot take them out with your hands and be sure you have removed them all and anything they have touched. Are you trying to make me sick?" They should have made a new 1. But at this time on this night, there was no manager on duty. So, they didn't really care what I had to say. Just handed me back the salad and have a nice day. Had they just simply made me a new one this would not be the long winded Statement and Poor...

Temp of restaurant was too cold. Ordered dine-in but was packaged to-go but fine because we decided to eat outside since it was freezing in the restaurant. Ordered a chicken leg a la carte for my 10 year old daughter and they put her chicken leg in my meal plate without telling me. We were already sitting down outside and realized her chicken leg wasn’t in the bag. I had to pack up my order to go ask about the chicken leg since I don’t leave my daughter by herself. Girl at the counter said we packed it in your meal. I ordered it l a carte and not a 3 piece for a reason. I didn’t say anything about that to her. Went back outside open my plate and took the chicken leg from plate and gave to my daughter. We are ready to eat; no fork provided. Had to tell my daughter to ask for one which I don’t like sending her places without me but all of our food was already out in the table. We start eating and realize they didn’t give us napkins either. I decided to do without because I didn’t want to leave my daughter alone and didn’t want to send her in AGAIN for something else. It was such an inconvenience to have to go into the store to ask for items that should have been provided in the first place and communicated to me, especially because I was alone with my daughter and we were eating outside. ZERO STARS!The manager at night with the glasses and tattoos is extremely RUDE!!If you don't like to work with the public find another job!I saw her scream at two customers because he wanted more green salsa.With the other customer she was yelling at him because he wanted a refund,which I completely understand the customer because they where taking FOREVER.There were no cars in the drive thru either.I asked if she can put the chicken separately because my friend doesn't like chicken,she always says NO and gives me a harsh attitude.Every time I order burritos they always have dry chicken and bones.The tables are always dirty.I tried contacting pollo loco thru their app and I never received a response.The trash is ALWAYS overflowing and the soda machine is always wet, somebody could easily slip.I almost did,I was walking not running.My quesadilla was absolutely awful it was soggy and bland tasteless and they forgot to give me chips on the side.The pollo loco employees always give me dirty looks when I ask for serano chilies.They also don't fill the sides up all the way.You need to speak to that so called manager at night because she has a huge...
