Danny Miranda was the genius who brought Casa Sanchez Salsa & Chips to the World! He began very humbly, going from Safeway to Safeway... This was long before cellphones, therefore, he would often annoy me by knocking on my front windows, while I was mopping or ironing, so he could use my phone to call different markets, because pay phones were filthy. After a while he began leaving me a container of salsa, knowing I hate hot food. Hate it! And, he kept doing it after that 1st time! I was so ANGRY one day after he left because there it was! On the stove WITH A BAG OF CHIPS! "Calm down" I said to myself and I opened both....and I was HOOKED! HOOKED! He never, ever, came by again. I never saw him again.

These a wonderful option to have access to, there are very few salt free chips and salsas so having tortilla chip that are salt free is great. Plus they're organic and they're good alone as well as with soups, sandwiches, chili and more. You can even make nacho sundaes with them using some non dairy ice creams or dairy ice creams for those who eat those. The Organic tortilla chips with no salt added are great. Thank you Casa Sanchez. Love this salsa. At one point I thought I found little plastic shreds in it, but I don't see it any more. The roasted one seems more spicy than it used to be so we stopped buying it. Went back to the yellow label. But would love if the roasted one wasn't as spicy enjoy again. Still the most amazing salsa .. fresh...
