Chico's Pizza — Restaurant in San Francisco

I've been going here for 15 years and it just keeps going downhill but tonight they really hit bottom, both in our food and the service. One of our regular orders is the Philly cheesesteak and they always put mustard on it which i don't like so we always ask for no mustard.

So my husband walks in and orders the Philly with no mustard. The guy behind the counter says "we only put mayonnaise on them" so he says "ok". He also ordered extra fries. He pays and waits and when the food is ready there is no extra order of fries. When he asks the guy about it of course he doesn't even know what was ordered. After confirming the order and that we paid for the extra order of fries my husband then has to wait for them to cook while our other food gets cold. Then he gets the food home and there is mustard on our Philly. At this point we just want to eat our food so I scrape off the mustard even though it's kind of impossible and eat.

Now we get to where I actually get upset at the despicable horrible service. I call to just make sure this guy knows that there is normally mustard on the Philly and to please be sure to note no mustard in the future. This guy has the audacity to say he never was asked for no mustard and never said "we only put mayonnaise on them." He actually tried to argue with me before I just hung up the phone. Do not expect to get what you order here OR get what you ordered at the same time so your food can be eaten while hot OR get any kind of actual customer service.

I'll be repeating this story on Facebook, yelp, TikTok, Instagram, reddit and every outlet I know including my friends and community since I live half a block away. I have never had to put such a horrible review up but this was so rude and disrespectful with no concern for the customer to...

There are multiple locations around SF and in some pretty unsavory areas but for whatever reason this location is so ridiculously horrible I had to ask if they were actually part of the family that ran the other locations and not just some randoms that were trying to capitalize on the name. Service is horrible the places is disgusting. The 2 times I went here I waited outside and made one of them bring my food outside to go. It smells horrendous and not too put too fine a point on it...the 2 times there were 2 employees working each visit and each visit they were 2 different sets of employees yet BOTH times they were complete A$$π¢|€§... THE FOOD IS SO GOOD at Chicos every location I've been to and I think the food is the same here but the side and disgusting places is what effects them quality of rating foods here. If you have to have Chicos, and I can tell you from experience it's that good that you have to have it, go just a few blocks away to the 6th Street location....

So a few of my cousins were visiting me in the US and we met up in SF and then we’re going to travel around Cali... anyways we were out one night and it was late and we were starving. I looked up food in the area and the only things open were Chico’s and this Korean place. The reviews for both were the same 4 stars on google and these guys wanted pizza so we could take it back and eat it at the hostel. The place was so dingy and dirty - which sometimes the best food comes from but it was also like full of shady people. Anyways we ordered our pizza before we realized and we got like a family sized large ... it was disgusting the toppings were like processed af the base was inedible ... i think I had one slice and was like nope I’d rather go to bed starving so we threw it out at the hostel and all went to bed sad...
