Read moreI’ve been going to this place with my family for a while, when i first started going the food was good but the service was horrible(ex. waiters were rude & the food took to long) then i say like 3-4 months ago they completely hired new staff or went under new management, the food is better than ever! & you don’t have to wait to long for your food to arrive, on one occasion when i took food to go for some reason the waitress that took my order never ended up giving the order to the kitchen & i almost waited like an hr just for a bunh mih sandwich, to go! when i noticed it was taking them way too much time to do my sandwich i spoke with a lady she was super nice with me & asked what i had order & when i told her how long i had been waiting she immediately took matters into her own hands & asked where my order had gone, when i finally got my sandwich she told me it would be on the house,(i guess she was the manager or the owner because only they would do that.) Anyway i think i’ve talk too much, bottom line, i highly recommend this place to everybody, every dish is really good at this place! If you’re ever in the Haight/Ashbury neighborhood u have to stop at this place...

None of this matters—be your own ambiance—only your future with soup matters. Fun fact that people who are newer to the City might not know: for many years, one had to wait in a LONG line for soup here! The pandemic, takeout culture, and overall SF transiency have hit the Citrus Club hard, and while I’m glad I don’t have to write my name on a chalkboard and stand in line anymore, I might never recover if this place goes out of business. Lemme just tell you what to order to save you time. Hot and Sour Veggie Soup or the Thai Coconut Shrimp Wonton Soup. There, done. Now you can enjoy your life so much more. P.S. the sriracha hot wings are actually pretty scrumptious, but only as a...
