El Taco Loco — Restaurant in San Francisco

Me and my brother went 2 times. The first time we went we had received terrible customer service. The cashier had the longest face & we waited about 20 mins for a small order. They didn’t even let us know when it ready & they noticed we were right in front. They didn’t even bother checking who the order was for. Anyways... we went a second time & the same grump was taking orders. This time though; she actually let us know when our food was ready. We went home and found SEVERAL HAIRS in our food. This is a terrible Mexican food restaurant & I absolutely do not recommend it. You’re better off going to El Farolito which is right around the corner. Terrible spot....

I ordered a super burrito al pastor and was mostly impressed. It tasted flavorful and fresh, and had a good ratio of meat to sauce to veggies. They were a few meat chunks that had rock solid cartilage, but another time a chicken burrito had no issues. The price is average ($14.70 with tax) but the burrito is pretty large. A small bag of crispy chips were included as well as a green sauce and red sauce, both medium spicy. The enchilada plates were a bit less impressive with hard chunks of relatively flavorless chicken, decent veggies, and unremarkable beans and rice. Service was super fast. Don't order to go. They'll rip you off. 5pm order? Don't do it. They'll give you left overs and tiny portion. Half a spoon of rice, cold tiny meat portion and old pico de gallo. I ordered specific meat due to pork allergy and I still got pieces of pork. This is a health hazard violation!

Staff was bored and clearly didn't want to deal with clients. Consider a job switch young man. Zero customer service skills equals this. I wish I could give...
