Skip this place for take out. After the first bite I thought omg this doesn't taste like anything. I mixed the food up a bit hopeing I could find some flavor somewhere but that didn't help. I should have listened to the others who mentioned how bland the food was. I added spicy chili sauce and that helped a tiny bit but I ended up tossing out the majority of it. When the food doesn't have any taste I can only assume it's not the freshest, and I'm not willing to risk getting sick or the extra calories when it's not even enjoyable to eat. Why would anyone give any stars to a place that seems to consistently serve food that's tasteless? Must have been quite some time since the owners have bothered to taste the food coming from the kitchen. I could not imagine they would want customers to judge their business based on what they sent. I ordered Kung Pow Chicken and Broccoli cashew nut chicken. They could've put both of them in the same container because there was absolutely no difference in flavor, or lack there of between the two. So if you are maybe having stomach issues and need some very bland hospital food by all means order away. If you'd prefer something with flavor of any kind you might want to...
Read moreThis place was the epitome of mediocre. Very forgetful and completely lackluster.
I ordered the shredded szechuan shredded beef with fried rice and lemongrass and basil chow mein with chicken. "How spicy do you want it? Medium or hot?" was asked for each dish to which I replied, "Hot. Very spicy. I can handle it" Both of them were extremely average. Zero spice whatsoever. Edible but flavorless. Large portions but only because they are SUPER stingy on the meet. Very little chicken and had to be found by an intense game of hide-and-seek. "Shredded" beef that wasn't even shredded and was hiding amongst the thousand strands of odd vegetables and other things that only disguised themself as beef. Imposters! I've had better food at Panda Express, and that place is awful.
To put it bluntly, it was not a terrible place, but I feel like I wasted $23 and I will never...
Read moreI recently dined at a Golden Kim star Chinese restaurant in San Francisco, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The Mongolian beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The vegetable fried rice was equally impressive, with a great mix of fresh vegetables and well-seasoned rice that complemented the beef beautifully. The steamed dumplings were a delightful surprise, with a soft, delicate exterior and a delicious, savory filling.
What really stood out, though, were the portions. They were simply incredible—the best I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant, hands down. I left feeling more than satisfied, with enough leftovers to enjoy another meal at home. If you're looking for great Chinese food with generous servings, this place is definitely...
