Absolutely infuriating and hellish experience. When I presented my legal license from the DMV, the Enterprise rep refused our documentation, offered no information or helpful solutions, then immediately escalated our interaction into a hostile situation by screaming at us and asking us to leave.
This was after we had made a reservation through our insurance company. We had gotten all the necessary paperwork, including proof of insurance and drivers license, credit card, etc. and traveled to the pickup location for 45 minutes during one of the heaviest downpours of the year.
The escalation on the part of our customer service rep was so quick it was hard to believe. I was honestly taken aback. I'm still racking my brain as to what led her to scream at us like that.
I have to believe she was already having a bad day before I arrived.
But I don't exaggerate when I say this was the worst and most humiliating customer experience of my life.
I go out of my way to be kind and respectful. I am not a Karen. I know what it's like to be in the service industry. Trust me when I say I don't envy the difficult task of doing customer service workers.
If you don't believe me, you can check my Google reviews. I do not have any beef with any establishment. I don't concern myself with petty feuds nor do I ever try to belittle anyone ever, despite the ways they present or show themselves to the world.
But man oh man, the hatred I feel for the Enterprise Turk...
Read moreI had an absolutely terrible experience with this car rental location, and I would strongly suggest everybody to avoid them.
My family had been planning a road trip vacation during Christmas. I made my reservation over a month in advance. However, just five minutes before I arrived at their office, I received a call saying there was no minivan available. In fact, they told me there were no cars available—not just at this location, but at any Enterprise location in San Francisco, including the airport. They offered no solution and casually suggested I try other rental companies.
We had to take Ubers to the airport, only to find hundreds of people waiting in lines to rent cars. We waited in line after line all day, trying every rental company, but nobody could help us because they would only honor reservations made three days or earlier. My family of seven was stuck in San Francisco.
I called this location again, and they claimed to have added me to the top of the waitlist, promising to call me as soon as a car became available. However, it’s been over a week, and I haven’t received any calls. This car rental location completely ruined our family’s Christmas vacation. If you want reliability, honesty, or even basic courtesy, I would strongly advise against using this place.
There is a response from the owner under my review, but it appears to be AI-generated. They even changed the name at the end of their...
Read moreOne of the worst rental experience i've ever had in my whole life. 1. the employee (who was being claimed as someone very new) messed up with my car rental type (i reserved a premium elite, but he was trying to give me a standard) even after i explained multiple times 2. he used a wrong card for our security deposit and we had to call the bank wasted 15 minutes with the phone for no reason and they did not even apologize 3. as i was speaking to my friend about the wrong card was being used, the manager came off very rude and discriminated at me (as i am Asian and she is a white aggressive woman) saying 'we don't NEED to rent you a car - do you want a car or not?!' It was getting close to 6pm and we definitely needed a car to make it our other appointment. Eventually, we got the car and it was so dirty inside with coffee stain and dirty by the seats. I had been a valued customer for Enterprise across the US in the past 15 years and this is the very last time i am renting any type of...
