Found this place while walking around and exploring the Mission District after having lunch at El Faralito’s. This place has VERY minimal branding, just the sign outside the door and that’s it! The cups and interior are free from all the branding. The menu is very simple and easy to understand. The only sad side of that is that there’s no syrups or creamers that you can add to your drink. I ended up going with an Iced Coffee/Cold Brew which was a nice pick me up. They have a station where you could refill your water bottle and grab a lid/cardboard straw if you wanted to take your drink to-go! The place is very clean and quiet (there’s no background music playing). ~~Parking: Arrived using Bart, but seems like there’s a few street parking spots outside. ~~Service: Great, service was quick. The only thing is that I kind of wished they took names because if there are multiple people that are waiting on the same drink, it’s hard to know who placed their order first. ~~Best Part: Cute vibes. I wanted to stop by because I saw there were a lot of people working/reading inside the coffee shop when passing by. After entering, the place got more cute because there’s outdoor seating in the back with umbrellas to shade you from the sun! ~~Tips: Bring something to do! I was a little sad that I was just passing by because I wanted to hang out in the spot a little more. ~~Return: Yes!

I recently visited Haus and was impressed by the peaceful and quiet ambiance of the place. It's the perfect environment for getting work done, with plenty of seating and a beautiful outdoor patio that's definitely worth checking out. The black coffee at Haus is absolutely wonderful, with a rich and robust flavor that's sure to satisfy any coffee lover. I highly recommend it! Service is also very nice and the staff is very kind. Overall, Haus is a great place to come for a productive work or study session. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, the coffee is excellent, and the ample seating and beautiful outdoor patio make it a great place to spend a few hours getting things done.

A lovely coffee shop with a cozy minimalist interior and bright, green patio. There are lots of small tables, a counter, couch, and restroom for customers. The patio has wraparound benches, small metal tables, seats, plants, chirping birds, and a cat! There is Wi-Fi, but it was a bit unreliable at the close edge of the patio, and is only Wi-Fi 4 (aka Wi-Fi N) with a weak 5 GHz range that made our phones struggle. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their coffee, and the matcha latte was also rich and smooth. The Nilgiri black tea wasn't very flavorful, unfortunately. But the lovely atmosphere and excellent latte will definitely have us come back again!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. It was cute the first few times I stopped by but its overhyped and there are better coffee shops good for laptop work in the Mission neighborhood like Rise & Grind, Four Barrel, Sightglass Coffee, Verve, and Craftsman & Wolves. I will never come back here after the recent experience I had.

Barely any laptop outlets, bad wifi, mediocre coffee. On top of that bad customer service. Read below for more:

The barista and the owner chastised me for settling in with my laptop for less than FIVE minutes, making it clear that I needed to make an order (which obviously I planned to do after settling in). As a working professional, no one likes to be accosted like this in front of others and for workers to make the bold assumption that you did not plan to order something in that very limited time frame is outright idiotic. I totally understand if 10-15 minutes passed - you have every right as a business owner to ask the customer if they need help making an order. They were so accusatory toward me, in a disgusting way and embarrassed me.

I addressed the fact that I felt uncomfortable & unwelcome in a private chat and that if there are business rules, they should be clearly stated (ie., post a sign that says order MUST be placed within 5 minutes) - because I took it as discriminatory and outright bias that they hand picked me when I literally just arrived. They argued back and forth with me - very righteously. I found it incredibly unprofessional to argue with a customer and not take accountability in how their approach triggered a reaction and contributed to an unwelcome environment. They should learn from this and learn to address customer concerns in a warm, curious and apologetic tone to ensure the customer is taken care of and would be repeat business.

For me they have failed and I'm not sure how many other people have experienced this but why risk dealing with rude, ungrateful owners when there's a plethora of other options a...

The coffee was good and the place had a good vibe to it. There aren’t many outlets (just a heads up). Unfortunately I did not have a good experience because of the barista. I usually order the same thing everywhere I go (ice vanilla latte with oat milk). I even double checked the menu to make sure they had it before coming. When I ordered the barista was nice and seemed friendly. When he called my order I just confirmed that he added oat milk, he says “you didn’t say that”, I said “yes I did but that okay”. He said he’ll remake it, he made like 4 drinks before circling back to mine. Then proceeded to talk trash about me not saying the right order and him having to remake it to his coworker. This happened to another customer and he did the same thing. Maybe the guy was having a bad day, because he kept talking about ppl while I was there (I sat by the barista station). He even talked bad about someone who called for information. I would recommend for the coffee and the atmosphere but be wary of...
