My family loves this place and wanted me to bring desserts. I have never personally ordered from here, but I read previous reviews and already knew it would be hard to get through, but I tried anyway. I called 3 times when they first opened, but got a message with their business hours. After a few minutes, I tried again, and the line was busy. Finally, after my 6th or 7th attempt, I got through but was immediately put on hold. I was on hold for 5 min, and then I was able to place my order. On the day of pick up, there was no parking.
