I have been to Ireland’s 32 before as a 21-22 year old with no problem. Tonight, the bouncer told me my REAL ID was fake. This was very suspicious and I was very upset as I tried to prove I am of legal age to enter a bar. This has never happened to me before, and they told me it was because my hologram wasn’t showing up on the back. No bouncer has ever denied me before because my ID is real. While I appreciate them assuming we looked younger we’re definitely all over 21 and would have gladly shown our IDs if given the option. However, instead, one of the workers yelled at us using obscenities to get out without being able to back up her claim or informing us as to why we were being kicked out until she had already hurdled insults at us. Overall extremely unprofessional staff, the older male manager or owner seemed nice but was still very unhelpful.
