We had coffee (city roast), glazed donut and an egg, bacon & cheese croissant breakfast sandwich.
The owner (I assume from all the locals grabbing their morning coffee) is a seasoned veteran of the deli counter business.
There is some seating inside, but if you're staying in a hotel around the area it's a quick walk to bring your food to the comfort of your room.
The coffee was delicious and strong (I find the drip coffee is weak in SF, I assume it's due to the preference of barista-served coffee here) . The donut was the same fresh ones that seem to be delivered to the coffee shops around here; nothing wrong with it, though.
The breakfast sandwich was delicious. Fresh scrambled egg on a bed of crisp bacon dripping in American cheese nestled in the soft folds of a buttery croissant. The only slight to the sandwich is the use of packaged precooked bacon, but that is understandable given the setup of the shop, how busy he is and the speediness of precooked bacon.

Such a cute little shop and great place to get a...

The bubbles were so mushy, they got stuck in the straws and wouldn't come out, and the juice was cloyingly sweet even for my 11-year-old daughter, who usually loves sugar. It also took a long time - which is understandable since he was the only one in the store. Maybe the other food is nice, but I refused to buy a donut once I heard the price of the bubble teas. Unenjoyable. If we could, we would...
