Came in on a weekend for lunch since I was in the neighborhood, and had had this place saved after seeing it mentioned on TikTok a while ago. Unfortunately, the pho didn't seem to match my tastes nor its price point. A shame because the ambiance inside the restaurant is rather lovely, especially being able to sit outside on the back patio on a warm afternoon.

I'd ordered the brisket pho and asked to add tripe, which I didn't think would cost extra (or that much extra) since there was a combination meat pho for just $1 more that included tripe, tendon, and raw brisket. However, I was surprised at the end of my meal to find that adding the tripe was an additional $6 for just a couple strands of tripe! I'd chosen to pay an additional 0.50 for the fresh noodles, which were okay. However, the soup I found rather lackluster. There was no depth, no savoriness. It was very light and slightly sweet. The usual plate of herbs and garnishments I found to be a bit sparse as well.

My one bowl ended up costing $29 after...

I ordered through doordash for pick up today and decided to try here for the first time. I ordered 3 wagyu pho soups, but each bowl of soups were missing the ribs. Why? The noodles weren’t the thick noodles. With 3 orders of pho soups, the veggies were minimal and weeks old. Lastly, the broth soups were bad so I’m not sure why others said it’s authentic. $100 for 3 wagyu pho soups missing exactly what was advertised. I felt scammed after I opened my order when I got home.

Are these other reviews, even from local guides, even authentic? My experience says probably not. They’re probably paid reviews. I’m 100% Vietnamese and this is one of the worst pho places I’ve tried in the Bay Area, LA, and even...

Great pho, atmosphere, and service. I was first concerned about all pho being in $20 range. High price Pho is not a thing. It's people's food and it needs to be simple. I prayed it shouldn't be some Noe Valley markup or worse, "reimagined pho". When the beef rib pho arrived I was taken by surprise. It had a rib on it and I was like, how can they give this for $20? (check picture) It's a great deal, and boy, it was delicious! Simple pho just made great! There are surprisingly lot of Banh mi options but I'm a pho guy. The restaurant was at capacity for lunch and I saw 80% of the customers order Banh mi. Should be good. Will try next...

They just opened a day ago so they seem to still have some work to do, but so happy to have a Vietnamese restaurant in Noe valley! Food was good, each dish was filling and reasonably priced. They have many gluten free dishes and mark clearly on the menu what is gluten free! We had spring rolls, pho, and pad thai (not gf) and I love the spring rolls and pho. Service was slow but food came kinda quick, but seems like growing pains. Love how you can see the kitchen, the restaurant has a nice vibe. There's a back patio too with cover. A welcome addition to the neighborhood!!

Some of the best pho I’ve had in SF and in a beautiful dining atmosphere too! I had the pho tai (rare beef) and my date had the veggie pho, both were super flavorful and full of the depth and generous with the toppings too. Service was so friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes! I’m Vietnamese and grew up in Little Saigon in Orange County so I’m always on the hunt for authentic Vietnamese food, but in SF you rarely do you get a beautiful dining atmosphere, delicious food, and good service for reasonable prices.
