Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Francisco

I drove all the way from my office on 25th and 3rd. I ordered pepperoni pizza. Drove back to my office and opened the box to a cheese pizza. I called the store and they would not even talk to me. They kept putting me on hold and telling me..Sorry. I informed them i came a long way to buy there pizza.The manager would not give me his name and told me to speak to the owner. I asked who that is.. hey would not tell me. I would never spend my money in another Little Caesars pizza ever again... The so called manager hung up on me when asking for his name and he would not even listen to what i had to say. For the price, this is reasonable quality pizza. I prefer it over Papa John's, Domino's or Pizza Hut. Rating is more about the location of this place. Usually no available parking in the front and people will double park in one of the lanes in front of the place waiting for their pizza to be made. Rude. It does have one of the automated pizza dispensers where you can pick up your online order by scanning a QR code or entering an order number. Makes picking up the pizza much easier. Sometimes the lines are long to wait for ordering and I even got yelled at by some woman thinking I had cut the line when I was simply picking up my order from the machine.
