I've been going to this restaurant since I was a kid. Their original location was on Stockton but they moved here when the subway station was settled for that area in Chinatown. The new location is a lot bigger and cleaner than the original but the food is the same. This is a mixed of Chinese and Vietnamese food. My favorite is the two noodle combo with the fried shrimp bread. With the garlic vinegar they provide, it's a combination of savory and sour flavors that remind me of childhood. My second favorite is #313, it's roll up chewy rice noodles with a delicious egg on top. You can choose between different meat options but I prefer the combination. Came here at 10am on my lunch break right when they opened, very spacious inside with plenty of tables and seating. Was greeted and seated and then I placed my order of Hainanese chicken w/ noodle soup. My order came out in 3-4 minutes which is fast considering that they just opened, it came with a generous bowl of rice noodles with a heap of green onions topped with fried onions and a plate of Hananese whole chicken leg that had a sauce soy sugar and ginger from what I can tell as a dip.
