Sasa Beauty — Local services in San Francisco

Sasa beauty was recommended by my BFF because she has gotten semi-permanent brows done a few times.

I was a little skeptical for getting my first semi-permanent eye brows done. I have seen a lot of semi-perm brows with markings on IG so I know what the brows markings are and requested SaSa to do markings before the procedure so we both are on the same page. She is overly confidence that she has her own way of marking eye brows.

My eye brows came out good but it could be a lot better. The left brow did not get enough ink and eye brows are not even. Then, I got my touched up a month later, the left brow was obviously a lot thicker, overly inked like a man's eye brow compare to the right brow. I work for public service and my colleagues are all laughing at my eye brows.

My friend took a few photos and It was a sloppy job and funny looking eye brows ends ... like WTF! My friend's brother had the same procedure done (hair stroke /misty brows combo and it was nothing like mine. ! This is not a cheap procedure as I (We, three of us got the eye brows procedure done ) paid over $710 ea + tip for her work and I did not expect this.

Tonight, we met up with SaSa at her shop. What an angry woman she was… like she was doing us a favor to meet up with us. We called the shop before meeting with her. She didn't bother to see what's going on with my eye brows, not admitting her sloppy job. We don't like the way how she was constant talking over us. I am a busy person and I have up coming vacation and holidays are coming up and I have no time for this type of mistake !

I came in to get powder brows for the first time. Sasa was super welcoming and treated me like a friend. Using my daily makeup + reference photos as a starting point, we worked together to customize the color, shape, and procedure until I was 100% comfortable. The process itself was fast and painless.

I went for lower coverage to be safe, but I texted later that night to ask about extending the shape. To my surprise, Sasa responded right away, inviting me back the next morning to make the adjustment free of charge. Both times she also treated me to a free drink at Milktopia across the street 🧋.

The salon is clean and well-decorated, and the staff is clearly experienced. I'd definitely recommend...
