Noriega Furniture — Local services in San Francisco

Overdue review. My husband and I were in the market for a new sectional for our new place 3 years ago. Also, we weren't sure on what pieces would fit in our living room space. We walked into Noriega furniture and was greeted and recieve assistance from Sheena. She asked us for the measurements of our space and was very patient in coming up with ideas of what would work well. She was very knowledgable about her products since she had been working there for over 10 years. We were provided with details of the materials used and what would fit our needs for the upcoming years (furniture/fabric that can withstand toddlers or seniors).

She was very honest that if we didn't want such expensive furniture, we could go to Crate and Barrel, Ethan Allen, or others. She advised for us to checkout all the competiotor stores before buying from them. She wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase even if it was not with them. So we did and weeks later we decided to spend a bit more for solid furniture that can withstand children with sturdy cushions.

They have a wide variety of fabric samples for you to choose from. It took us a couple of nights to go through the majority of it. Also, note that the store is small and they have limited furniture pieces available for you to view. I would recommend coming to this store with a style type in mind and with an imagination. If you are hands on, go to all the stores and came back with your ideas. Sheena gave us a list of things to look out for. Noriega furniture can pretty much order anything and customize any couch order as long as you come in with the spec you want. It's worth the time and the money to buy great quality furniture from Noriega Furniture that will last for years! We will by from them again...

I contacted Noriega Furniture a few years ago in search of a Christopher Guy mirror that I found on pinterest. I spoke to Sheena who emailed me all of the information I requested (sizing, cost, colors). Since we were still doing some things to the house, we waited a year before contacting her again; and she still remembered and had our information! Sheena was very gracious and answered our questions about a dozen times before we finally purchased the mirror and the matching console table. With CG pricing, we wanted to make sure that not only it would fit, but that it would match our space and our other décor. Sheena went above and beyond by requesting a color that was not included in the approved colors for it and making it happen for us!

We communicated a dozen times through email, measuring, taking pictures of the place and her knowledge was fantastic! I love her suggestions and how in tune she was with our style.

Be aware that most CG items take 6-9 months to arrive since they are not mass produced and are only made by order. Even though we were very much aware of this, Sheena still checked in with us from time to time just to make sure we still had peace of mind, etc. Outstanding 5 star service from a 5 star person! I would highly recommend Noriega furniture and working with Sheena.

WOW...customer service still exists in the world! My lasting impression of Noriega Furniture- and in particular their "star employee" Andrea Goldner-is DELIGHT! My husband and I wanted several pieces of Stickley furniture to take with us on an overseas move. The wait times quoted from every other Stickley dealer were way past when we expected to leave the country. On a chance, I started calling dealers across the country to see if I could buy a floor model of the Harvey Ellis queen size bed. Every single one said NO except for Andrea! We not only bought the bed, which was flawless, but when our departure was delayed unexpectedly for several month's she worked with us to get several other pieces in short order.
