Thai Time is now our new favorite low-key Thai restaurant, replacing King of Thai Noodle/King's Thai Cuisine #1 in the Inner Richmond. we opted to try something new on Saturday evening at 9pm and found this place open and packed. The restaurant is very small, best for groups of 2 or 4. Tables turned fast and the servers were very attentive to let us know approximately how soon our table would be ready. A large menu is available by the door for perusing while you wait outside, along with a park bench.

The food here was amazing. We ordered the Green Curry Duck (Sliced boneless roasted duck in spicy green curry with bamboo shoots, Japanese eggplant, zucchini, and basil), which was delicious! The duck was roasted and then cooked in the green curry, adding so much flavor. We also got the Hor Mok Talay (Sautéed prawns, calamari, scallops, mussels, crab claw, and coconut meat with red thick curry sauce on steamed cabbage and basil). This dish was amazing simply because of the presentation. The curry was served in a coconut shell and they didn't skimp on the seafood! If you get this, don't forget to use the spoon to scoop the coconut flesh inside because it was HELLA GOOD. (Yes, I busted out "hella" because it's really hella good.)

We noticed a lot of tables had some kind of fried appetizer roll, but figured we had enough food for two, so we missed out. Hot Thai tea was $1.50, with unlimited refills.

The bathroom is a bit hard to get to and very cramped. You'll have to go through their tiny alleyway kitchen to the very back where there is a door. Street parking was plentiful at 9pm on a Saturday as always.

I can't say how much we loved this place. Just go try it because...

Wife and I love Thai food. Visited the shoe repair shop next door, saw the unpretentious small restaurant. Looked at the menu, decided to take a chance. Very pleasantly surprised how good the selections were. Saw some very interesting daily specials after ordering, maybe next time I will look first. But was completely satisfied with our selections. Attentive waitress kept our water glasses topped off, appreciated with the spicy selections (perfect spice level-no too much, not too little). The lunch special with soup and rice was perfect. I loved my red curry and beans sauteed with meat. Wife loved her pad Thai and sauteed Japanese eggplant. My photo is there somewhere. 4/7: returned today. Also posted a photo of the specials, which we tried today. The Tango Mango and Thai Time Noodles are excellent! Reasonable prices, delicious food,...

Passed by this place multiple times. It was a carry out only restaurant during pandemic time and reopened for dining in last year. It is a small place with about 6 to 7 small tables. Tried it today and here’s my comment: the service is good and the owner served me. The decoration is great too. But for some reason the food is not good. Being eating in such a small space, I expect to get very hot (not just warm or even cold) dish. But unfortunately the dish I got is just warm. Especially the pork is colder than the noddles. I don’t know if they cooked my dish and let it sitting on kitchen table for a long time before serving the dish to me. But there’s no reason they would do that in such a small restaurant. Another possibility is something I hope is not true: they served me...

I have tried a lot of Thai food in my life, and this is the closet thing taste wise to authentic. I introduced my boyfriend to Thai food & this restaurant is the only one he’ll eat at, and me too, because their food is GOOD. We order the green duck curry, and if you like spicy, they will hook you up. They have the best duck. We live outside of SF just about 45 minutes away, but will drive out there just for the food!!! If you want to unlock a new craving, go check them out. You won’t regret it 😃✨ Picture of green duck curry with rice 🍚 enjoying a nice view checking out the golden gate. #comfortfood

We were craving Thai food after some drinks and found this place! We ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and a Pad See Ew with chicken. We also asked for making them spicy, and they did a really good job, the spicy level is at the right amount! Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle with shrimp mixed with fried tofu, bean sprouts, egg, and peanuts. Their fried tofu was so good that it's crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside! The noodles are full of flavors, sour, and a bit sweet! And the portion is huge that I couldn't even finish it.
