The Lucky Horseshoe — Restaurant in San Francisco

Karaoke djs are notoriously bad in general, but this place has it really bad. I left him a 20 dollar tips and asked to be put up at least twice before i needed to go to tend family matter. He ignored me put me up for one song put everybody else twice and when i asked again very nicely he literally skipped me over 10 more song to which i left because it was time for me to go. Bar tender also keep ignoring me although i always tip them double the regular amount. I get literally ignored every time no matter how busy how good or bad they have it, it's always a huge struggle like my first 30 min inside this place is like a battle for survival and it's not even that busy since i try to get there early enough so i can get a good drink and a couple of songs. I've been bringing business to this place for years always inviting a bunch of friends i get treated really bad like really really bad and sorry i don't take this personal until it becomes a personal offense. Watching everyone else getting more out of their night but me. So i don't get what this place is about but I'm sick of it, and literally ruining my night. Last night i spent 40 bucks. I asked the bar tender to make me a drink she made made two, i had to pay for both didn't drink both. I left 20 at the dj tip jar for a miserable one song while every body what was singing...

Terrible covid19 safety measures. No gloves. The bartender kept removing their mask. Two people were sitting at the bar having drinks. It may have been a nice local bar if times were different, but during a pandemic while others are working so hard to reopen California safely it was disheartening to see such disregard for public safety.

My drink was strong but it basically tasted like a shot of cheap vodka with a lime squeezed in. Brats tasted okay, but took a long time to be ready as they had not warmed up the grill beforehand and my partner's was still a bit cold in the middle and did not come with the condiments...

I was there on a Wednesday night for my pool league. It started off quiet which was a nice introduction for this bar. Then a band showed up and played live music which was a nice backdrop.
