The Hood Vegan Chefs came to Houston and served a Vegan Po Boy, oh my goodness it was so deliciously well seasoned to perfection. I really wanted to love this place but it was mediocre. My boyfriend and I had the Po Boy and macballs. The Po boy had great flavor but not enough sauce/innerds for how much bread there is.
