Wingstop — Restaurant in San Francisco

My partner has never been to wing stop up until today. It took my partner a minute to figure out the menu, he doesn’t see super well and like I said before, had never been to a wing stop. The gentlemen who took our order had a very exhausted attitude, like we were taking up his time by trying to figure out what we wanted to order, rolling his eyes when we’d ask questions. Finally got our stuff ordered and went to wait outside as the lobby is very small and there were a lot of people in it. We were doing our best to be considerate of the situation by periodically checking inside to make sure we didn’t miss them calling out our order since we were waiting outside. Gentlemen in the front got really irritated with us asking twice in 25 minutes if we missed our name. Gave us no napkins, utensils or ketchup and skimped out on saucing our wings. Not really sure what the passive aggressive attitude was about. We politely ordered and waited outside away from other people trying to read the menu/wait in line and checked in with them to make sure our order wasn’t sitting on the counter...

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We went later on around 930pm and ordered for a family of 6. The person taking our order seemed to have difficulty entering in the correct order so her coworker took over. Finally our order was read back correctly. After waiting for a while got our order and went home. Once we opened our bag everything but one item was correct. They gave us 5 fries and only one container of chicken strips. The chicken strips were the only item beside the drinks that was correct. I called to get our money back and asked to speak with the manager. The same gentleman that helped us kept offering to remake and even bring to us. No thanks, the fries were old and cold so that was a sign to say no. He saved my name and number and told me that a manager would reach out. It’s been a week and no one...

(edit) They messed up literally my whole order, didn't notice ti’ll i got home because I did pickup. Asked for extra seasoned cajun fries and got a different seasoning on my fries. Ordered boneless wings and got bone in. I ordered my wings with different flavors and they gave me one completely plain which I didn’t ask for and got one of my flavors wrong. I ordered boneless wings and fries through doordash and my order was correct this time. I had a question about my order so i gave them a quick call, antonio picked up the phone and he was super sweet and helpful and answered my question with ease....
