Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in San Jacinto

I placed my online pick up order at 10:30 AM for my order to be ready at 12:15 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:16pm & went to the pickup area & only found an empty bag with my name on it. I waited a few minutes in case my order was being finished up but after not seeing anyone working on a salad, & about 10 online order tickets just sitting on the counter I then asked the employee about my order, she looked around & finally found my ticket & said it would be 5 minutes for my salad to be ready. After 5 minutes & nobody making my order I asked for a refund instead of waiting for the salad since I was on my lunch break. Employee said my order was ready but just needed to be packed, I said no just give me my refund, when manager came to give me my refund the manager stated the salad hadn't been made yet. So one person is saying it's ready & the other is saying it isn't, which one is it? The manager also argued with me about the wait time not being more than 5 minutes long because she was “listening” from the office or whatever the little room next to the pickup area is, but if she’s “listening” & knows her staff is backed up why isn’t she out helping instead of just sitting in the office “listening” to what’s going on. All of the online orders were being neglected to help in person orders, a gentleman was waiting for his order even before I arrived & got told 5 minutes more for it to be ready but it took way longer. My refund receipt was printed at 12:31pm, so I wasted 15 minutes there for nothing. We were offered a free drink but I didn't take it, I just wanted my order to be ready at the time I ordered it for. You know it's gonna be a good day when you have an Italian Club, Mike's Way, on rosemary parm, no tomato, mayo, a dash of mustard, and a small cup of hot pepper relish on the side; this is my go-to order every time!

After quite the long day, my friend and I popped into Jersey Mike's for a bite to eat before heading back up the mountain for some Camp fun. We were greeted by incredibly kind and friendly staff; what a crew! HUGEEEEE shout out to Camilla for her impeccable energy. We LOVED the cookies and brownies so much. Also, a shout out to the rest of the crew that was there: Nina and Brandon (congrats on being a superstar employee!) As you can tell, these folks are a fantastic crew of humans and made for a great experience!

Now onto the food: there really isn't much more to say than "Jersey Mike's is SO GOOD and hits EVERY TIME!!" Seriously. Subways workers aren't happy, there argumentive, disrespectful, and don't ware gloves and when you ask them to ware gloves they get an attitude im sorry don't care if you have washed your hands But your hands have journeyed every where on your body including the stinky bits if you can't ware gloves you don't get my money.
