BASKIN-ROBBINS — Restaurant in San Jose

My family and I would come here often. I loved the service the ladies in there were very sweet. Unfortunately I believe it may be the managers who are destroying this place. They suck !! Very rude and snappy. Why be in business if you don’t like to serve people. I understand it may be overwhelming because I do have like 5 kids that I bring in with me every time I come however, I AM BRINGING YOU MONEY ! I spent about $50 just to have someone roll their eyes at me every time I ask for something simple. I just calmly told them we won’t come back here and he said ok that’s fine while rolling his little eyes. Lol. I just felt the need to post a review because I spent a lot of money at this baskin Robbins and for them to treat a valuable customer this way is crazy to me. Went here on a weekday afternoon. Was greeted by the cashier and the owner. The owner was very welcoming and attended to us right away. We were here to pick up an ice cream cake and they had decent selection. I was surprised that they had ice cream cake in a pizza shape!!! Of course we got the pizza shaped one. Ask them which flavor you are looking for and they'll help you find the closest one that matches. I got the cookies and cream and the cake was pre cut into slices which was very convenient. I have to say the flavors surprised me and I think it's because of the shape. The owner asked us if we wanted anything to drink such as water while we were waiting. We've come to this Baskin-Robbins several times but today we went in because of my wife's birthday. We are always greeted courteously and with smiles and quickly attended to. My wife got some type of chocolate and banana concoction where I go more traditional with pralines and cream in a waffle cone. Always decent sized portions never do I feel skimped. It's only been crowded a couple times but the staff was hustling to get everyone service and keep everybody happy. Even on the busy days the ice cream shop is always clean never have I sat down and felt the sticky table. This is definitely one of my favorite places to stop...
